Our guide was very pleasant, though at times struggle with the Language. The timing was perfect. We had time to see everything, climb PISA (great experience), walk around time, we enjoyed our visit.

The Leaning Tower was a must for our recent trip to Italy. We booked our tour with City Wonders "Best of Pisa..." and had a good time touring with our guide after a frustrating search for her, our tickets said our guide would have an orange umbrella and a City Wonders Flag, and she did have an umbrella except is was folded in her bag and no flag. I hated that we missed the Baptistry tour but made it to the Duomo and the rest of the tour. I was surprised to learn that the tower is actually part a three-building holy site. The Baptistry, Duomo and the Tower, the tower is actually the Bell Tower which is gorgeous as well as the other buildings and even more spectacular in person. The city tour was good, a lot of walking with lots of interesting information about the buildings and the city.

Very good tour would recommend

Andrea was great, very informative and entertaining too. Her historic knowledge was impressive. We met on time and only had 6 in group due to some no shows. we were taken to Cathedral and given a lot of good facts and left for a short time to our own devices. This was fine for us but if you want to spend longer you need to buy a separate ticket and go back. We also did the city centre tour with her although 2 did not. Just highlighting that this is an option. Pisa was so much more than I was expecting and thanks to Andrea know more about. She took us back to the tower for our allotted time entry. Worth the climb of 298 steps!

Not worth the money

Lady was very nice but the not worth the extra money to see a university and a fountain. The church and the tickets to climb the tower was very nice.

We had a lovely tour guide, Andrea. She made sure all members of our tour were there before departing, and we had a wonderful time. She is funny and EXTREMELY knowledgable. I would recommend this trip. And climbing the tower was not as hard as we thought it would be, and a must-do!

Square of Miracles guided Tour

Andrea was our guide, professional and headsets that worked well. She provided a lot of history and worked in some humor along with it. Made for a very enjoyable 60-90 minute tour. The guided tour portion was good and gave you extra time in the baptistry, but would have liked 10 minutes more in the cathedral. She made the effort to call people who were not there at the start. That is very rare for guided tours. She provided me with the option for the tower at a time that worked well with the tour. While we were short on time in the cathedral, your tickets allow you to go back and spend as much time as you want. I was thrilled with the tour and would do it again! Thank you Andrea!

Great tour
Andrea was very knowledgeable and a great guide. Would have liked a little longer in the cathedral but that would be my only negative. Andrea was likable and very knowledgeable. Book you won't be disappointed 😁

Super informative tour, must do on a visit to pisa

Alessia really gave us an interesting tour of the main parts of Pisa (including the miracle square and of course the leaning tower). We would encourage anyone visiting Pisa to get this in depth take on this city's rich history and architectural gems.
