    Fantastic facts and views.
Really interesting tour from a great guide Daniela. We ended up having a private tour as the other guests didn’t show. So lucky us! You get to hear some history and fun facts, lots of spiral stairs up to the best views over the square and basin. Recommend as not too long a tour and holds attention.

    A Very nice Palace
A superb palace full of history. A little expensive for the entrance fee as there are only a few rooms open to the public but the grand hall and the Isabella apartments are well worth seeing. The Colonna family descendants still live here.

Amazing historical artefacts but a lot of walking!
Another beautiful historical building full of Roman knowledge that you can only but admire! Very well organised! I noticed this theme in Rome - everything runs smoothly. It held a lot of original historical artefacts, too. Our favourite was the view from the top, the room with guns and the Pope's bedroom! Cons: I asked at reception if it was disabled friendly, they said yes. Once I was inside , no lifts were working, apparently. There is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs. I really struggled and didn't get any help. Once inside, you are left on your own to do as you please. The few people that I saw there didn't speak English. This was my least favourite activity in Rome.

Don’t miss the historic fortress and mini exhibitions. Pleasant , mildly challenging indoor hike.
Interesting history over the centuries. Combines imposing physical presence - former fortress - with exhibits on related and mostly unrelated topics (Marcello Mastroianni, the actor!)

    Best Etruscan museum so far…
Absolutely great museum, which is “luckily” missed by the masses. Great collection, nicely displayed, and in an awesome building. Nice and quiet, and learned more of the Etruscans to appreciate them more. And now I’m interested in more of their history, which is the main goal of a museum. All considered a under appreciated gem in Rome.

Trip to the Venice clock tower.
The view from the clock tower was amazing. Tour guide Alex explained in great detail of how the clock worked, along with the relationship between the three Kings and Gabriel. He had also told us about the history behind them. We enjoyed his company, and had a great time.

    Dazzling Glass displays
A sparkling 2 floor museum displaying the history of Murano Glass. Located on the canal near vaporetto. Museum shop offers made in Murano ( not China) pieces as well.

Wonderful Displays from Around the World
This place was incredible. Not just the armor and weapons from ancient times, but tapestries, clothing, and even Egyptian mummies! There's so much to see, and its all beautifully displayed

    Worth a visit
It's well worth a visit. One of the best sites to see in Rome, a city where there are many upon many sites to see. Get a ticket in advance. We had to wait three days for tickets.

    Don't go there
Inside you can see a part on the floor, all rooms and walls are empty. There are a few frescos in a main chapel. There are several terracotta bottles or floor ceramics. Don't waist €7 tickets and yours time.

A must see for any history lover.
This was an amazing experience. A must see for any history lover. My husband and I stayed about 3 hours but could easily have stayed longer. The museum is very well laid out and quite reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

    Great views of Napoli
Really nice views of the city. The castle itself is also interesting. We get there waking from the Spagnoli Quartieri but you can take the funicolare if you prefer not to climb!

A must see if you like opulence and taste
This may have been the most opulent yet tasteful house we have ever visited. We have traveled for 50 years seeing Versailles numerous country houses in England, château in France. other houses in other countries, including a Newport, Rhode Island USA. They all are obviously homes of rich people with way too much money to spend. However, in this case, the money was very well. Spent with an emphasis on good taste as well. We hart ally recommend this on visit to Rome if it all possible.

Pisa seems to be an industrial town, so it was surprising to see this world-famous structure here. We got entry tickets to the Cathedral and the tower. We visited at the end of March, in the afternoon, and the queues were limited, in fact, tickets were available for purchase at that time. So we began the climb. The base area is really, really tilted. The climb is definitely steep, but in the spirit of the moment, we somehow reached the top.

The youngest age to climb is 8 years, as mentioned on the website. My daughter, of the same age, managed to reach the top, with no help from me! The bells at the top are a pretty site, and good for photography. Don't forget to look down the glass roof of the steps.

As you come out, look keenly at the architecture and the arches, which are not too visible on published photographs. For the Harry Potter fans, look around for objects that look similar to those seen in the HP movies!!

The Cathedral is the most beautiful one I have ever seen; the altar, ceilings, arches from the ceilings, are all a beautiful sight. There is a separate area cordoned off, for those who want to spend some precious moments in prayer in this heavenly place.

Baptistery visit is on another type of ticket, so those keen on this may find out information on the types of tickets. There are a few good souvenir stalls within the gates, do bargain to get a good price.

The skip the line tickets were very good to have. We had some confusion about the tickets to start with but the company was very fast in replying. We were driving our own vehicle and found parking about 10 minutes walk away. The crowd was pretty small when we first arrived but around 10am it got very busy outside the complex. Would recommend getting there around 8am and take all the outside pictures of the tower then move to the inside areas. Most people only come for the outside the tower shots so the other attractions are not crowded at all.

Very crowded even on a quiet day in October. Queues for tickets but there are ways to avoid some of these.

Be very aware of pickpockets!

We arrived in the wet but thankfully it dried up and we were able to enjoy the Duomo and the outside of the tower and baptistry. The whole complex is stunning though it is the Duomo that is the star of the show! It you only have a short time to see things then the inside of the cathedral is the one not to miss.

We booked this tour on Wednesday afternoon for Saturday 9.00 morning. Our booking was pending until Friday 21.24 in the evening when we received mail that tour is not confirmed. In my best will to understand why it took 2 days to notify us about cancellation I can't do it. And even worse, you notified us couple of hours before tour should take place so we couldn't find something else. Really disappointed how you treat people's vacation time.

We came if a cruise ship in Livorno and started our journey on a bus organised by NCL cruise line to Livorno station. My partner is on an electric scooter. Got the tickets at the office and explained about the scooter. Was told to go straight to platform 7 as it would be a flat entry. The lift to that platform was broken, back to ticket office and told platform 4 in an hour. Long wait and then the sign went up but alas not to Pisa, suddenly saw it on sign at platform 4. Lifts again and got there where we saw assistance staff with another passenger. They had a portable lift into the train, great. They arranged help for our return train. At their office in Pisa station we asked about getting to the monument. Outside turn right, green line bus at first stop. Great, with help from a lovely Italian lady we got on the right bus, the driver dropped the floor for the scooter. About 10 minutes later we were there. When we turned into the site the view was amazing so worth the travel. Walked right up but didn’t go in the Tower. Free entry to the Cathedral just collect a ticket from the museum. I can honestly say that it was fantastic so much better than photos. Back on bus after learning Italian for station, Statzione. We arrived early and the lady in the office contacted special assistance and they got us on an earlier train. What an amazing service, it made it so much easier for us as we had trains that were very high up from the platforms.

The monumental complex of Pisa Cathedral is a must see. It is truly spectacular, and well worth the time spent getting there. Advise to purchase your tickets on line prior to arrival, to save time as the lines were quite long. I highly recommend this activity.

Good addition to the Leaning Tower. As it is not much to do in Pisa, Cathedral is worth visiting for sure.

We bought tickets a month in advance before our trip, via Florence Museums. The ticket price was a few euros more than paying on the day, but we were guaranteed our chosen time slot.
You aren’t allowed bags as you climb the tower. 15 minutes before your ticket time slot, go to the cloak room opposite the tower (with your ticket, which will be scanned to claim a locker.)
Our time slot was for 2pm and we stood in the queue for approximately 15 minutes, a quick security check and then we entered. We took a small digital camera, iPhones and a bottle of water (a must in the afternoon heat and a spiral stair case to climb with over 250 steps.)
The same stair case is for climbing up and down the tower, there is enough room to do so, with small landings for a rest and to catch your breath.
The views from the top are worth the climb, literally breath taking.
Very well organised, limiting the amount of visitors at the attraction. It didn’t feel over crowded during our visit.
Definitely a must see and do!

Well it is a must see when visiting Tuscany and so we did. I was expecting the tower to be so much bigger than it was. An amazing building though. We did not climb to the top as read many reviews and so we deemed not worth it.
We visited the Cathedral and Baptistry and the Cathedral was amazing. I love cathedrals and churches and anywhere I go I have to visit them. 5 euros for both attractions (cathedral and baptistry) so not too bad.
A lovely American lady gave us her ticket as she said she was not going to visit, which was so kind of her. We only then needed a ticket for 4 others.
I would say worth a visit and glad we went.
