- Visiting the Tower requires a considerable amount of fisical effort. Please consider that the spiral staircase has about as many as 300 steps. It is strongly recommended that people with heart disorders or individuals suffering from impaired health conditions do not visit the Tower

I visited this place through Escorted Group tour. Place is nice, with calm and lovely environment. But please be beware of African street vendors, they are very rude, misbehave and are overly aggressive. They try to rob you. Escape them or avoid them at all cost.

Can company needs to look at this trip carefully as they are likely to receive comments.
1. the coach left Florence late and the guide blamed the traffic. In reality, they were late and the driver struggled to get the gate open.
2. The guide was unsympathetic and a person who did not care the customers.
3. The coach toilet was out of order-and the guide asks you to wait until the entrance which was 800m.
4. We could not visit the tower inside because of the que and lack of time. They should make sure their customers get preference. There is no help whatsoever!!!
Pisa tourist centre should provide basic amenities.

We missed our tour bus ( Siena, Tuscany and Pisa) by two minutes but thanks to Constantine and the group for arranging a similar tour that was available next. Tour was nicely guided and conducted with precise instruction about timings and place to assemble back. Thanks to all the efforts of the group. I shall definitely recommend Caf tours for my friends and family back in India if they wish to visit Italy. Thank you again. :)

The schedule is perfect for a half day trip to Pisa. Punctual and respectful of everyone’s time.
The Bus is comfortable and air conditioned.
Our tour guide Assia made sure everyone’s experience was better than expected + she gave us all recommendations for more to do in Florence.

The tour guide was easily understood - the headsets worked well too. She was entertaining and gave us valuable information. She was easy to follow and provided us with a little independent time inside the church to explore on our own once inside.
