Wow. This was a very good class. If you are looking for the actual making of the gelato- this isn’t the class for you. This is a class that is more scientific and academic then fun - although the tasting of the granitas and gelatos were outstanding. Perhaps they need to extend the time of the class. It could easily been a 90 minute class.
The host was the owner who is an amazing gelato maker. His extensive research in how to make artesian gelato and other delicious treats is blessing to Italian traditions. Bravo!

For those looking for an authentic gelato-making experience, you’ve come to the right place. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the owner, Mirko, will make sure you leave with more knowledge (and tastings) of gelato than you would have imagined!
