Maria was an incredible guide for our day. She was knowledgeable, incredibly kind and very adaptable to any obstacle the beautiful but very busy Florence threw our way. The day started with our visit to Pisa, climbing the tower was definitely a highlight of our trip! We then took a scenic route through the beautiful countryside sightseeing the vineyards and olive tree groves. Maria throughout our journey was a great resource and depth of knowledge about all the sites along with the history of region. In the afternoon we spent our time in Florence starting with entry to Accademia Gallery to view the statue of David and other amazing pieces of artwork. Maria guided us throughout our day allowing us to be worry free during an otherwise very busy city! We spent the rest of our free time exploring the streets, many beautiful churches, lots of sandwich shops and all the must see sites. To top off our exciting day, right before our scheduled pick up from Maria, there was a parade to celebrate the wine making in the region with people dressed in traditional Medici era garments and lots of musicians. Maria encouraged us to stay to watch the festivities and then expertly drove us out through the chaos without any issues! She was fantastic and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an amazing day with an incredible guide to make unforgettable memories!!

We had Paolo as our driver for a trip to Cinque Terre from Livorno. He's an amazing guide full of local knowledge so we had a wonderful tour on the way there. Then he also gave us detailed instruction on the best way to get around Cinque Terre in the limited time we had. Including being available via texts to restaurant recommendations when we decided which town we decided to eat lunch in.

We booked a transfer from cruise terminal Livorno to Cinque Terre! The service was very good and our driver Paola is a very good and nice driver.

This was our second time with Nicola Scovenna and our second time with Maria Clara specifically. We had such a great experience our first time that we were extremely excited for our return trip. We came in by cruise, and asked for a full day with Maria Clara in Florence. When she showed up, very early I may add, to the port, it was like seeing family. Maria Clara knew just where to take us, where to park and made the day amazing once again. We visited Florence on an extremely hot day hitting temperatures around 100 deg. Maria Clara managed to keep the car close for us to cool down, and personally walked us to our tour locations ensuring we would not get lost in the extreme heat. Restaurant recommendations were amazing and the little extra spots she brought us maximized every minute we had . We use car service quite a bit when we travel to Europe to bring us around each area we visit. It is amazing how many are late (causing unnecessary anxiety), unclear with meeting places, and sometimes a bit cool with their temperament. Experiencing the variety of services out there really makes you appreciate how high a level of service as well as the warmth and hospitality we have experienced with Nicola, and Maria Clara. We have much more to see in Tuscany, and cant wait to be back to see them again. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to use them, don't pass that opportunity up.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful Private tour with Paolo. He was an excellent driver/guide. He provided an abundant of information as we travelled along the way. He provided suggestions and clear instructions on when to meet after the stop. Paolo was wonderful, pleasant and very accommodating. He even brought us to a beautiful area in Pisa to take photos. He was so thoughtful - When we forgot to leave our bags in his vehicle before entering the Leaning Tower of Pisa, he searched over a very busy area to find us which saved us time not having to store our bags in the lockers. I would recommend Susy and Nicola Scovenna for their organized and detailed service as well as the pleasant correspondence. And for Paolo for providing excellent, thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance and safe driving.

OMG! The best day . Enzo our driver made our day so special. We had a trip to Lucca and then to Pisa for leaning tower. My late husband's Grandma was born in Lucca and I had found out the church she went to as a child. I had asked if he could drive us by it between Lucca and Pisa - prior to our meeting. We were running a little behind schedule (our fault, not his) and we told him we would skip the church if we needed to. He made sure he got us there for a quick photo. He asked us questions about what we liked, recommended a place for lunch and called and made us reservations. Enzo recommended things to do in Lucca and made sure that we were having a good time. I made these reservations almost a year in advance and the company was so easy to work with and communicate via emails. There was shop that a family had recommended for olive oil and I asked him about it and he dropped us off at the door! I can't say enough good about him .

Our private 2-day tour with Nicola was fantastic. From start to finish they provided excellent service. While planning the tour, they provided suggestions and advice on where to visit and the best route, which wineries to visit based on our preferences etc. During the actual tour days, Nicola made sure we were comfortable, was very flexible and accommodating to our requests, and suggested changes due to bad weather. Nicola was a safe driver and his van is new, comfortable, and well maintained.

Paolo was an excellent driver! He also spoke excellent English and was able to tell me all about the landscape and towns we were passing. He even helped me find my party in Lucca and walked with me into the square to find them! I will travel with this company again. Highly recommend them!

Diego the driver was awesome. It was a great way to travel to Cinque Terre. Due to weather, the trains were delayed- luckily we had Diego who was able to drive us to each town. He was very friendly and we enjoyed our time with him.

Our group of 12 friends on the Oceania cruise engaged the services of Nicola Scovenna for a tour of Siena and San Gimigrano inTuscany. It was a relaxing and enjoyable excursion. Nicola was fast to respond to my booking and replied to all my queries promptly. We were provided with two vans and two charming drivers cum guides, Maria and Teresa, who drove us safely and back to the ship on time.
