My wife who is disabled needed a personalized tour of Florence. Simone was terrific. He was able to get us right to the doors of the exhibits we wanted to tour on time. He waited nearby and swooped back to pick us up when we were ready. The day was perfect. Thank you Simone!

Our driver Elia was wonderful! Although it did rain some we got to see what we wanted and Elia was easy to communicate with, on time and accommodating. Pisa and Florence are beautiful!

We had a nice drive to Florence and Pisa. My family put together an itinerary and the tour company and our driver Mateo were very nice in helping us with suggestions and getting us through our itinerary. Mateo offered some facts of the area along the way, and was very professional and responsive in arranging meeting places, etc. Thank you for a nice trip!

We booked a transfer from La Spezia Port to Florence and back. The drive was lass than 2 hrs each way and we had ample time to explore and have lunch before heading back to the ship. The driver, Simone, was very professional and provided us with water. I would use this service again.

Dario was an excellent driver. He was on time picking us up and made a few stops in Pisa to show us the sights before dropping us off in the first town of Cinque Terre. When we were done he was waiting for us exactly as described. He provided maps and tips for a smooth day in these beautiful coastal towns.

Awesome tour and even better driver/tour guide.. Simone was awesome. Gave us a lot of information and sights of Pisa (his hometown) things we would of never seen or knew.. On our way to Cinque Terre he showed us a lot of places pointing out along the way. Drop off and pickup were perfect as well as info on how to navigate the Cinque Terre islands. He is an asset to this tour group..

We had an excellent tour with our driver, Simone Franco. He suggested an efficient route to see as much as possible and drive us through beautiful stretches of Tuscany landscape. We stopped in San Gimignano and Florence. Simone picked the picked the best spots to stop and was great and communicating and making adjustments during our visit. Highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable experience with our tour to Pisa and Florence. Simone was very prompt and met us at the cruise terminal in Livorno. A native Pusan, Simone not only took us to the Leaning Tower (giving us plenty of time to walk around and take photos) but also showed us other sites in Pisa as we drove through on the way to Florence. In Florence, Simone started by taking us to Piazzale Michelangelo for a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. He then drove us to the very corner of Piazza Del Duomo and gave us instructions for our self-guided walking tour of the heart of Florence. After several hours, all we had to do was text Simone and he met us within 15 minutes to take us back to the ship. Simone is informative, professional, friendly, and kind. I highly recommend him.

Simone was excellent, he was very patient and obliging. La Spenza to Pisa and Florence is quite a drive we previously arrived at Livorno cruise port which was definitely easier. If arriving at La Spenza I would consider only doing Florence, the kids struggled with the long distances.

We had a great day seeing Pisa and Florence. Simone was very polite and knowledgeable. He first took us through Pisa (where he is from), showing us the city and taking us to see the leaning tower. We had the desire to visit a Tuscan winery and he found one on the way for us to stop and sample some wine. He then took us to Florence, stopping first at Piazza Michelangelo to see all of Florence from the most amazing view. We had wanted to try a Florentine steak so he recommended and made us a reservation for a great restaurant. He pointed out everything to see and we enjoyed our day thoroughly. Thanks Simone!

Simone was great - met us on time outside the terminal. Drove us to Pisa while explaining some sights along the way and gave us time to roam and take pictures. Then to Florence (first the Piazzale Michaelangelo for amazing photos and then to the heart of Florence, where once again we were allowed to roam at our leisure.

Simone was an awesome tour guide and driver. He is from Pisa so he provided a unique perspective and did a great job showing off his beautiful city. He took us to some of the most beautiful spots to take photos and then we were left in Florence to shop for a few hours. He gave us great directions and some recommendations as well. As soon as we called Simone and told him we were ready to go, He was there within five minutes. We really enjoyed our day with Simone and would highly recommend him in the future.
