Wonderful day!! Made new friends. Beautiful scenery and easy to navigate the trains and ferry with Daniela and Ana helping us.

I really enjoyed that tour - the guide was perfect, she had very nice English so that non-native speaker like me could understand everything. The views were outstanding, lunch with wine was nice and relaxing, as well as the whole tour. Certainly would recommend for people who are tired watching countless buildings and ruins.

We had a great time on the day tour. All three locations are beautiful. The wine tastings were delicious and informative. Marina did a great job looking after the group. We enjoyed the day so much we booked another tour.

We really enjoyed the day. Everything from booking, checking in at the meeting point, boarding the bus and the tour itself went smoothly. Both Pisa & Lucca are beautiful and interesting places to visit. The guides at both places were knowledgeable and funny and we had enough free time. Marina was friendly, organised and calm. I highly recommend the tour.

Glad we took this tour. Day well spent. Lovely drive in the double decker bus. Breathtaking views. Our guide Sarah was absolutely lovely. So organized and well informed and helpful. Though I would want to spend a much longer time in Tuscany, this helped as a crash course. It was my first time visiting the area. We saw two beautiful idyllic villages, one medieval town and visited a winery. If you are in Florence, this is a must trip ❤️

Excellent trip, very well managed. The staff with us during the trip, Sara and her colleagues, were very well informed and helpful. We took the lunch at Sienna. The non-veg option was excellent. My wife had opted for the vegetarian option and she got a plate of lettuce for starter and a ball of mozzarella and 4 slices of tomato for her main. This was quite far from what we had expected. Apart from this, our experience was excellent in this pretty long trip.

The tour team lead by Sara was interesting. The locations are all spectacular. Check in needs improvement. Its chaotic.

Wonderful day trip to three magnificent towns in Tuscany. The tour timing was well organised so we saw the main sights in each town and had enough time in each. Sara our tour guide was great in organising and telling us about each place. The bus driver was very good and we felt very safe while travelling.

Everything was wonderful, Sara & Gussepe are so nice and funny they make us have an amazing time and be safe all the time ❤️❤️

The trip to the Tuscan countryside was excellent, well organised and very clear communication so we knew how much time we had each stop. The highlights of the day were the wine tasting and the visit to San Gimignano. Our group did the guided Siena tour which was great but we felt there was not enough time for the tour, church and a sit down lunch so we chose to skip the church. We also did not pay extra for the organised lunch and found a great restaurant ourselves on google maps. Overall highly recommend this tour!

Sara was amazing and caring! Nice tour to visit the villages around Florence, Tuscany if you don’t have many days to go by yourself.

Very good guide. Greqt value. Mostly Spanish speaking group so we lost a little of the details. Dropped us off a little late but nothing to panic about. Would recommend this tour company.

We have taken many diderent tours around the world and by far, Gabrielle was the nicest most approachable and joyful guide we've ever had. Our bus driver (David) drove like an actual human and even offered refreshments for us. Would definitely recommend.

The Uffizi Gallery is amazing and we were very glad to walk the Gallery and take in the paintings. Our tour guide, Greta, was so-so. We arrived at the meeting point 15-20 minutes prior to our tour time and before the gallery opened. Many tour groups were organized and gathering. At a couple minutes before our tour time, I walked around the area where we were to meet to try and find our guide, who was supposed to be carrying a sign with my name. Finally she showed up right at 9 am, but then we were at the end of the "skip the line" line. Inside the Gallery, of course it is crowded and people merge in areas. Our guide would walk ahead of us and not turn around, which was weird. In each room, she walked to the side of the room, talked about one painting for about 8-10 minutes, and then said, "Let's move on." Each time, I said, "Wait, I want to look at the painting." (because we were not close to the painting when she was talking). She would say, "Of course.", but this continued in each room. Her "presentation" was thorough for about seven to ten paintings, but she only talked about one piece per room and skipped rooms, and she didn't allow time for us to stand back and study the paintings. When a guide is talking, I feel I need to look at the person and acknowledge what they are sharing, but she seemed to want us to look at her the entire tour and not look at the art. After our tour, we walked back through all the rooms in the Uffizi Gallery since we had not had time to look at the art on our "tour".
