We had such a good time at our private Chianti tour. Our tour guide was Alberto and he did such a good job! Extremely knowledgeable, nice and took us to the best Chianti wineries. Towards the end of our tour we went to Osteria Campanna del Gallo. The best restaurant in the area by far. Amazing food and great service. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!!!

Great experience! Stephan was a great guide and was very thorough with what he showed us. He was at the meeting point waiting for us and very helpful and polite when we had to check a backpack. He knew what he was talking about and helped us see special details of the art in the Opera. Highly recommend this tour!

Good way to get tickets to the museum. The person at the meeting point was nice and efficient. However not impress by the audio app. The installation is not so simple and several mistakes exist: wrong language, wrong or missing paintings...

Lani kai I must say, the establishment's recent refurbishment was quite impressive. However, the absence of a telephone in the chamber struck me as an odd oversight. The thermostat's insistence on maintaining a constant 74 degrees Fahrenheit was a perplexing conundrum, but mercifully, the maintenance staff proved to be quite capable in remedying the situation. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the ice machine and vending machine were but a stone's throw away from my quarters - a mere 20 paces, in fact. As for the front desk personnel, they were an absolute delight, with Melissa and Jeanine proving to be particularly helpful and accommodating. One would imagine that, given the rather hefty nightly rate of $185, a microwave would be included amongst the amenities. Nonetheless, the room was equipped with a compact refrigerator and an impressive, generously proportioned television that miraculously allowed for casting - a rarity in most establishments of this caliber. All in all, I'm inclined to bestow a solid four stars upon this place.

Walking tour was an amazing experience!! I got to discover the beauties of Florence with a guide, and it was a very well-organized tour that I highly recommend everyone try at least once.

Exploring Florence with the Golf cart was actually a very nice experience. The Driver Sandro was very informative and well mannered. Navigating small lanes and stopping at lesser known places and ofcourse the main points of attraction while exploring Florence was delightful. It was a well spent 2 hours of fun ride. Definitely recommend this for all travelers. A big shoutout to Sandro for his sweet behaviour . Keep it up !

We had a lovely introduction to Florence by taking this tour. Our driver was very informative and as we were very interested in churches he showed us 2 which we would never have found ourselves. We had time to view them inside and also view Florence from a bridge and could stop at places a car couldn’t. Overall a very good experience

I recently took a guided tour of Florence, and it was fantastic. Our guide, Leonardo, was knowledgeable and engaging, offering great insights into the city’s history and art. We visited key landmarks like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace and Vasari Corridor, with just the right amount of time at each. The small group size made the experience more personal, and I left with a deeper appreciation of Florence’s beauty. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was lovely and worked hard to show us everything. She was very knowledgeable and had many pictures to aid in showing the details of the ceiling art. I was very impressed with the Palazzo Vecchio. I think it's overshadowed by all of the other incredible places in Florence but it was a smaller, more bite-sized visit which made it easier to digest. There was a mix-up on the meeting spot although it was not the tour guide's fault. The tour meeting info from TripAdvisor just had 'Piazza della Signoria' as the meeting spot which is a huge area with dozens of other tours happening concurrently...so we ended up starting late even though all of us were there early because we couldn't find each other.

Took a golf cart tour of the city of Florence. We were the only two people on the tour. Tour guide was Charlie from Poland. An experienced tour guide who supplemented the audio tour with his own comments. Charlie was a warm comedian who spoke very good English. He apologized and complained about the rough roads. We really experienced the guts of the city. An excellent tour, an excellent tour guide.

Our driver/guide, Milan, could not have been nicer and more accommodating . It was a very rainy day in Florence and he handled all of the issues involved with that with humor and grace. He still manage to show us the sights and provide us with some history along the way.
