I went into the Grand Hotel Duomo and asked their concierge if he had information on transportation to and from Lajatico for the Andrea Bocelli concert. He, like many other hotels in Pisa, did not know if there was bus transportation or how to get to concert. He did, however, suggest a driver that the hotel often uses…. In comes Enzo to the rescue!! Not only was he a safe driver but he was fun and funny and very respectful. Thank you Enzo!!!

Finally got back to Florence after 7 years, so this applies to new travellers and those who hadn’t been for a while. Again, bought 2 return tickets – now 4 x the price as last time -, for the Sky Bus to Florence centre the lady in the airport booth confirmed. But the coach only went as far as Guidoni on the outskirts of Florence. We were then told that was the end of the line. Luckily the driver took us to where we had to go to buy tickets to get a tram the rest of the way into the centre of Florence. The tram journey only took around 15-20 minutes, but was a concern, assuming the bus would be dropping us off at the Santa Maria Novella Station as before. Course if you look on the net it tells you plenty about the T2 Tram from Guidoni to Firenze, so probably our own fault. It wasn’t until we had bought the return T2 tram tickets back to Guidoni that we looked at the bus ticket we had been sold, and this probably also included the cost of the T2 Tram. But poor communication at the Airport Booth didn’t explain this. Got there and back eventually. This T2 tram goes directly to Florence Airport, so may now be a better option than Pisa if ever go back.

What a fantastic experience with Gian Piero driving us to Pisa! He picked us up right on time. The van was beautiful, comfortable, clean and cold which was great in the June heat. I reached out to ExpressLimo about a month in advance to get this booked as Italy is super packed this Summer. They responded quickly and their prices were competitive with the others I reached out to. We booked for transport from Lucca to Pisa, stayed in Pisa for 2 hours then on to our hotel in Monetcatini. We will reach out the next time we are in town as they were great.

Gian Piero is absolutely wonderful. He communicated clearly regarding pick up time and gameplan for the day, and then was eminently flexible for departure time. His prices are very fair considering the quality of his service. The car is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. In case it’s helpful to know, the vehicle is a well-sized Mercedes Sprinter van which is ideal for a group or those who need accommodations for leg room or for whatever reason have difficulty with sedans (as someone who’s traveled with very elderly parents, I notice these details.) highly recommend!

Driver collect us from our accomodation in Figlene and took us to Pisa Airport. Very professional and caring for our party. My son suffers from travel sickness and we were not rushed and also stopped when required for air. We made good time to the airport and were early for no extra charge the driver took us past the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The service was fabulous and I would recommend and book again if I am in the area.

I always use the Taxi Service Noleggio con Conducente NCC Expresslimo24 driver when I travel in Tuscany destination Montecatini Terme. I've always found myself more than good, punctual and very kind. Once for my distraction, I got the wrong pick-up day at the airport, I contacted the call center at the last minute and they immediately solved the problem. Highly recommended

the driver waited for us at the meeting point with the sign with my name on it, Gian Piero (the driver) was very good and showed us the most important points in Florence, before dropping us off in Piazza della Repubblica for our free time. We booked the tour only in Florence, but for the return, Gian Piero offered us a tasting on a farm on the way back to the cruise, we accepted and it was a magnificent experience, beautiful location and exceptional wine. Unbelievable service. We used them for an entire week for full days. It was the best way to get around, learn the history of everything, go to the best places (not just the touristy ones). Gian Piero is one of a kind! I wouldn’t tour the country any other way and with anyone other than the best! I feel Gian Piero is family now!

Our flight was diverted from Florence to Pisa as a result of bad weather in Florence. Expresslimo24 came to our rescue and within 45 minutes of contacting them they sent a driver (Gian Piero Cannata) to pick us up at the Pisa Airport and drive us to Montecatini Terme. Gian Piero Cannata is a man you can trust. He is always on time, always in a clean car and he is always nice to have a convesration with. He has been driving my around in Tuscany for many years with diffrent groups and they all like Gian Piero. When I say to him that I have a problem, he reply "what's the problem? and he fix it for me!
