We are a family of four (two adults & two teenagers) and we did a full day Siena, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano private tour departing Florence with Franco. Franco was exceptionally helpful, gave us information about Florence and its surrounding areas and suggestions of what to see and do during our stops. He didn't overwhelm us with information but seemed to give us the perfect amount! Franco was on time, friendly and his vehicle clean and comfortable. This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy and can't recommend Franco enough.

Franco led us on a tour to San Gimignano, Greve, and the Chianti wine region and we had a fantastic time. He organized a wine tasting for our group at a beautiful family-run winery where we had a great lunch and tasted many outstanding wines. He was professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The vehicle was super comfortable and clean.

Franco arranged a delightful day trip for us! We decided to include Monteriggioni along with Siena, San Gimignano, and lunch at a winery. Our driver, Pasquale, picked us up in Florence promptly and kept us well entertained on our drive. He did an exceptional job of making sure that we had the best possible experience at each stop. It was clear that Pasquale is very dedicated to his job and his customers. He had thought of everything we might need, from the best place to get gelato to the prettiest views. We loved talking with him in the car and his driving was outstanding. Lunch at the winery was heavenly!
This is a well-run and professional company. Franco's communication was excellent and the tour went off without a hitch. If you want to relax and enjoy a day in Tuscany without any hassle, definitely book a tour with Franco's company. (And book an equally wonderful Florence tour with his daughter Giulia!)

Franco Ceccato organised a truly amazing day for my now fiancé and I, allowing me to plan a proposal in a Tuscan winery from Australia without an issue.
Starting with impeccable communication and personalisation of the day in the months prior, continuing with insightful commentary on the Tuscan countryside throughout the day and ending with a dash back to Florence to make a booking in time Franco maintained great professionalism and yet still created a loving atmosphere. Franco took my partner and I on a journey to San Gimignano and then two wineries (Tenuta Casanova and Casa Emma) before driving back to Giardino Bardini in Florence. He liaised multiple times with the two wineries to ensure extra special touches on the day. Can not recommend Franco more highly. Many thanks and much gratitude to you Franco!

This was my second time using Tuscany Private Tours with Franco. He has an extensive knowledge of Tuscany’s history. During his tour, he paints a picture of the location that makes them come alive. We visited several cities during our stay. Franco provided assistance during the planning stage by recommending wineries and restaurants, when I inquired. I will not hesitate to use his services again.

We planned a tour with Franco before we left the UK and included Pisa as well as San Gimignano and Siena. All communication was quick and efficient. Our driver Marco was very knowledgable and we had a great day. The wine tasting was worth adding in, not just for the wine but also for the beautiful views

We used Franco Ceccato from Tuscany Private Tours for a day trip from Florence,
to a vineyard with wine tasting, a short stop in Siena and a late lunch stop at an
old favorite La Chiusa in Montefollioco. It was a perfect day with Franco making sure
we were happy with our stops. He was very knowledgeable about the area and shared
in our pleasure enjoying another perfect day in Florence.

Excellent private tour with a personal touch. As Italian Americans we have traveled to Italy many times this was truly a special day with personal details that only an expert could provide. Franco and Marco were spectacular. They even gave us multiple ideas for other days we would be in Tuscany. Just great and highly recommended.

Six of us came to Tuscany and we had a great experience thanks to Franco. Starting with picking us up at the airport, 4 days of tours and then returning us to Rome he made it great. He was always at our Villa before the appointed time, was very professional, and yet very easy to deal with. If it were possible to give him and his company more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Franco
