We had a great personal experience with Cinzia! Everything was hands on and great conversations, we highly recommend.

Cinzia was attentive to our tastes while selecting our food at the local butcher shop and produce stands. When preparing the meal, she was good at explaining they 'why' behind our lessons. Wish we had done this earlier in our trip to revisit the places she showed us.

Cinzia is lovely but very quiet. It could get awkward at times if you let it. I’m sure she’s a fabulous cook but we were disappointed with the menu ( kale pesto) and her direction was sometimes difficult to follow.

We had never done anything like this before. We had a great experience and will do something like this again. Cinzia was wonderful. She was very professional and made sure we had a good time. We highly recommend her services.

This was a really great experience with a lovely Florentine lady, Cinzia, who also gave us a history of Florence while we were shopping. We shopped for the ingredients for our meal, but Cinzia also took us to really local shops so we could taste a real Florentine cake, coffee and wine. We made a wonderful meal that included antipasti, ravioli, pork loin & artichokes and pannecotta and then sat down with a glass of wine to eat it all. It was wonderful and we made the pasta ourselves from scratch. I highly recommend this experience you won’t regret it. We learned so much over and above what was expected, great value for money ... do it!

We met at a grocery market to purchase part of our meal. We also visited a meat market for chicken and a vegetable vendor. We also stopped at a sandwich shop for wine and sampling before we then drove to a kitchen to prepare our dinner. It was a lot of fun making pasta from scratch. Truly a lovely evening.

My husband, adult daughters and I had a cooking class with Cinzia on our vacation to Italy. She taught us how to cook a hors d'oeuvre, pork roast with vegetables, ravioi and dessert. We wanted a simple meal that we would cook again for a family dinner. She made this elaborate meal seem so simple to do again. She also served us wine, we dined together and learned many things about the culture. I would recommend her to everyone who wants to have an enjoyable evening and learn authentic Italian cooking. It was fun for the whole family.
