Rami, from Truescany, was a fantastic tour guide for the day in Cinque Terre and Pisa. Knowledgeable, very friendly, always smiling and communicated all we needed to know, very clearly. The vehicle was also very clean and comfortable. We travelled with our two young daughters and Rami made them feel very comfortable and welcome.

Beautiful tour ! The guide was very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend. We were a group of 6 (3 couples). The excursion does require lots of walking up and down stairs. Got to visit 3/5 villages of Cinque Terre. Each location, free times was given and able to explore, enjoy and take lots of pictures! Travelled from village to village via train, which was organized by our guide. Unfortunately unable to do the boat portion of the tour due to the weather. The Pisa portion was great, the tour guide made sure we were aware of the different tourist traps to avoid! To climb the tower, a separate ticket is required to do so as it’s optional (excluded from the package price).

Our guide, Alex, made this a very memorable tour. It is a long day, basically 11 hours from start to finish, but the experience in Cinque Terra (about 6 hours of the total time), is very picturesque and unique. We visited three of these cliffside villages and were able to take two short train rides and a 20 minute ferry ride to add to the experience. you need to be comfortable walking a good distance and handle a lot of stairs, but I wouldn't say it is difficult. Each village is different and has its own character. But as I say the real star for us was Alex. His english is excellent, as was his driving. He described the sites and their history in great detail and was comfortable answering all questions. He also made us luncheon reservations at a very busy and delicious restaurant. He really made us feel like we got an insider's experience of this unique site.

Amazing views and amazing experience! I would do it again for sure! The fact that we were a small group and had separate time alone to visit, with also the drive and all, it was really great. Thank you to our Guide, you were amazing 👏🏼

Our driver Alessandro, was an excellent driver and tour guide. He shared his knowledge of the area from the moment we got into the van until he dropped us off. He was a pleasure to be with and to speak with. I would highly recommend this tour as we were able to see the best of Cinque Terre and also see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant for lunch! Thank you, Alessandro, you made our day!!

Myself, my brother, mom, and aunt (2 20 something’s and 2 50 something’s) went on this excursion. Gabrielle was our guide and he was fabulous! Definitely lots of walking and stairs, but for coordinating the transportation and recommendations it was well worth the money we paid! Would not have done this any other way, we cannot recommend it enough! Our co-tourists were lovely as well. A must do! If you are debating, stop and just book it!

We had a fantastic time on our tour. The pickup process was easy and straightforward. They provided us with ipads to point out cool spots to visit in San Gimignano which was very helpful. San Gimignano itself was gorgeous and such an interesting town to visit. The vineyards they chose were very nice and provided a lot of interesting history of the Chianti region. The food at both vineyards was also great. Definitely make sure you hydrate in warmer months. Our guide was also very friendly and shared facts about the region with us as well as some stories. There were two other couples in our group with us, so it wasn't a super full van and we had a lot of fun chatting with them. Highly recommend this tour!

Unfortunately there was a serious accident on the highway which meant we were about 3 hours late arriving at Cinque Terre but our driver, Francessco, made sure we still got to see all the planned places and he did it with good humour and all the while attentive to the group and individuals needs. Cinque Terre was very crowded, although we were told it was actually a lot less than usual - not sure I would recommend a visit in the high season. Still it was very pretty but the place itself is a bit overrated (our opinion). Pisa was very cool to see.

We had a fantastic day! We got lucky in that we were the only two people on the tour, which meant a private tour. I was so relieved that True Scany didn’t cancel the tour because there were only the two of us - thank you, a True Scany! Francesco was our guide. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great driver and tour guide. He was open to us asking him questions and we shared lots of laughs. We were surprised that he has only worked at the company for a short time because he was a natural! We initially weren’t to a lookout point of the city where we had panoramic views of the city and were able to get out and take pictures. We then headed to a small town built on the top of the hills called San Gimignano. We were provided with information about the area and town, provided with an iPad with the points of interest (I ended up taking pictures of the points of interest and using my phone) before we had the chance to explore the town. It is such a quaint place with tons of cute shops and a couple of great viewpoints for pictures. They also have the best gelato, but we ended up wanting and enjoying a delicious cappuccino instead. Afterwards, we visited a winery for a wine tasting and four course meal. It was great! We then headed to another winery for a wine and oil tasting. Another excellent winery to visit. Tuscany is a beautiful area with delicious wines and oils. We were lucky to experience our first time in Tuscany with True Scany and have Francesco as our guide. I highly recommend this tour and True Scany if you’re considering booking wine tastings but also want to see a small historic town.

Amazing! Alessandro was a wonderful guide who ensured we didn’t have to walk 700 steps or go up to the top of the parking garage, like other reviews commented. This is our first trip to Italy and was the perfect addition to our trip! There ended up only being 6 of us on the tour and we visited 3 towns - one at the start by foot, the second by train and the third by ferry. It was a wonderful experience. Alessandro stopped at a couple of viewpoints on the way so we could take pictures of the view from the van, provided us with interesting information about the region and each town, gave us points of interests, and provided us with the opportunity to explore each town on our own at our own pace. The typical restaurant the group goes to for lunch was closed, so we went to the one located south kitty corner to it - avoid the lobster pasta. Afterwards, we explored Pisa. It was fun to take pictures and explore the area. Ultimately, this was a great tour and I would highly recommend it and the company - True Scany - to everyone!
