We booked a transfer from La Spezia port to Florence and back and couldn't be more pleased. Arnoldo was great and helped us traverse Florence quickly and efficiently all day so we were able to see everything we wanted to see in 5 hours!! Highly recommend!!

We used Joe Banana for a private tour to some wineries in Montalcino. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They also had availability for us when we decided to book last minute. The Mercedes can was new and clean and rode very smoothly. Our driver, Giuseppe, was very friendly and we enjoyed speaking to him throughout the day.

We can't rave enough about our 2-day tour of Tuscany with Gino! He was super informative, completely charming, and a wonderful (and safe) driver! We pre-selected our destinations, but we went to a couple more along the way at Gino's suggestion and they did not disappoint! He showed us the Florence American Cemetery - very moving (we're from the USA). and we made a stop in Cortona at Gino's suggestion - it will be forever in our memories as it was our first Tuscan town. We HIGHLY recommend Joe Banana tours!

Florence in Full was amazing! Our guide Alberto was wonderful- absolutely the best! He met us at the Livorno Pier and gave wonderful I for.ation on the ride to Florence. The tour started with the beautiful view from on high of the beautiful city of Florence. He took us through small villages on the way there to get the flavor of Italy. Alberto suggested a wo derful ace to eat lunch and told us good places to go shopping. He customized our trip as half of the ladies were shoppers and walked a lot and half wanted to just enjoy the beauty of the city. Alberto even took is to a great place to get gelato on the way out of the city. Joe Bananas is a great company to work with- we were kept up to date with emails and while on the way home Maria from Joe Bananas called to make sure the tour went well. I highly recommend this company and this tour with Alberto if you are going to Florence, a most beautiful city.

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about Joe Banana. We used them three times while there in different capacities and they went above and beyond every time. It was our first time in Italy and add to that we didn’t want to use a lot of public transportation for health reasons but also just comfort and convenience. Drivers always on time friendly and went the extra mile for us. We asked for tours they used their vast knowledge to show us places others may not have thought of! When we go back we will use them again and I tell anyone that is traveling to Italy about their outstanding service . Please note it isn’t just the drivers it is also their business office staff and schedulers . We would even get calls during or after transport to make sure all was well!!! Being in Italy was a bit overwhelming and they helped us navigate so we could relax and enjoy!! Anna Geno and Nic in particular were outstanding !!! We felt like friends ! ( see pic for a stop we made that we didn’t know as Americans even existed I wept thru the entire visit there and owe a great debt to our driver for bringing us there)

We used Joe Banana Limos for transportation from the airport to our hotel. They were wonderful! The driver was on time, the vehicle was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Our driver was friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Service just doesn’t get any better than that offered by Joe Banana Limos. We used them in Naples and touring the Amalfi Coast. Our driver Massimo was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and very customer focused. I have used this company for 7 years in Italy and I can say their service is second to none. As a company their business has been hit (as have many others) by COVID-19 - their reassurance re face masks, cleaning and support to access tourist sites proves that even in challenging times customer care is their first priority

Our driver Gino was fantastic! We were a party of 15 and a few were renting cars. Gino went well out of his way to assist the renters at the airport rental kiosk, and ensured they could follow the rest of us in the van to destination. All the while giving us a commentary on the sites during the ride. Gino was also extremely helpful with our luggage. Dealing with Joe Banana Limos was very easy. Communication (in English) prompt and clear. They accommodated 2 last minute changes for us as well. One was late at night, but one of the owners answers the phone after hours. Vehicles very clean and comfortable.

We were picked up at our hotel and transferred to Montecatini and returned to the Florence airport a week later. Both time the drive was early waiting for us. The van was excellent and clean. The drive was friendly and spoke excellent English. The 4 people in the van would would use this service again. I highly recommend this company. Hal B.

I’ve used Joe Banana Limos and italytoursharing several times when I travel to Italy from Canada. They provide a variety of tours from the various cities which are all very good. The drivers have been professional, super friendly and entertaining. The winery tour from Florence is spectacular. What beautiful scenery and a wonderful driver. The family winery we ate lunch at was very delicious with lots of wine and a fair sized lunch. The group size is kept to 8 when u book a share tour so it is very nice and more intimate then those big bus tours. I feel you get much better value this way and also see more sights as you have more time. I will be returning again in May 2020 where I will be calling Joe Bananas for another great tour- never disappoints!! Always awesome!!

My sisters and husbands took a long awaited and planned trip to Italy. We used Joe Banana Limo service, and had Max as our driver. We had a wonderful experience and several excursions with Max. He was timely, informative, helpful and entertaining. We would definitely recommend them!

After being delayed and stuck in airport limbo for hours, what a relief it was to walk out into the arrival area and see Gino from Joe Banana Limos there waiting for us with a big sign and a big smile to whisk us off in the luxurious limo. He had rearranged his schedule to meet us. He was also a big help calling our destination inn and explaining our late arrival. Thank you all very much.

We used Joe Bananas out of Florence for a day trip to Cinque Terre. Our driver Alberto was very friendly, provided interesting commentary on the region and navigated us safely along the winding, narrow roads between towns. We were given ample time to stop for lunch in Corniglia, as well as visit a relative's home town in Viareggio on the way back to the cruise ship terminal in Livorno. Joe Bananas provides an excellent alternative to the structured cruise ship excursions out of Livorno. At first glance JBL tours appears to be much more expensive than the cruise ship choices, but you get what you pay for. All in all a great day!

We used Joe Bananas for three tours in Italy. The tour to Florence was taken by my friend and I - our husbands were worn out after the first two :). Francesco picked us up on the pier at Livorno at 8:30. He was driving a Mercedes sedan. He was a careful driver and was very helpful with turning in our vouchers for skip the line tickets at the Accademia to see the David. He drove us as close as he could to see the major sites giving us plenty of time to sightsee and shop. I highly recommend using Joe Bananas services. They are extremely reliable and responsive .

We used Joe Banana to tour Lucca and Florence from Livorno. Group of 8. We found this to be a perfect size of a group for us and arrangements could not have been easier to make. Our van was spotless and very comfortable. Lucca is a delightful city/town and would have made a perfect day trip by itself. It was easy to get around and very little congestion. Florence: Even though it was October, we still found this to be very inundated with tourists. We did not have time to tour any of the museums. Again, this might have been better to have done by itself as we had very little time to do much other than walk up and down a few streets. A beautiful city but too congested for us.
