    Skip the line
Both of the museums were very informative and interesting with the opportunity to take lots of memorable photos and videos

    Change the name
Don’t expect to skip the lines if you buy a skip the line ticket. It just allows you to get into the line that’s more reasonable in length. I think if I would’ve known this, I would not have given it three stars out of five. I can’t imagine how you could possibly get in to these museums without such a ticket. The line would be incredibly long. They just need to change the name.

Don't bother -- just get your ticket at the museum.
Did not actually provide the ticket in time for us to get into the museum. Plus, we found that we could just go to the museum directly and buy a ticket for less. We did not need to "skip the line."

Do not buy from this company
Appalling. Office difficult to find to collect ticket. There was no escort or skipping the Queue. A complete rip off and false advertisement This company is is bad for Florence.

This was only skip the buying tickets line not the entrance line.
The company we used were great but the actual gallery was disorganised. We had our tickets to go in at the time but the staff ignored this and made us wait anyway. Not the company’s fault I guess but not the skip the line experience that I had paid for. It needs a rebrand. Skip the buying tickets line but not the getting in line.

This was a rip-off as far as I can tell.
We paid 118 cdn$ for two priority tickets. We had to pick up the tickets 15 minutes before our entry time. We were given two regular tickets with a value of 48 Euros ($70 cdn) and had to join the regular line to enter. No priority as far as I can tell and $48 more expensive. I don't get it. What am I missing???

    Great
Very quick to get into the Palazzo. Definitely a ‘skip the view’ that lived up to its name! The Palazzo was beautiful and I really recommend it. There was a small hiccup as the palazzo was closed for a private event on the day we booked, but the tour company rearranged us very quickly and efficiently.

    A must see.
Efficient exchange of voucher for tickets. The Palazzo was spectacular but there are a lot of stairs, be prepared. Crowds make the smaller galleries difficult and quite warm.

    Not worth the extra payment.
It is not really what it states as whilst we were offered to wait and be walked around the corner, it was easy to just get on with getting in the queue. You only skip the small queue to buy a ticket, you still queue to get in like everyone else. It was a little tricky finding them in the small street behind, but they hand you a ticket and direct you around to the gallery to join the queue. The gallery itself is exceptional.

    Disappointing second half of tour
The first half of tour was excellent with a personable guide who loved the art. The second half was walking back to office walking to the David location and then waiting 20 minutes to get in leaving us less than 20 minutes to see the art. Disappointing for a no waiting tour!!

    Book Marco! He’s the best!
Marco is the best guide. His passion for Florence and its history was only outdone by his attention to ensure we were having a tour tailored to our interests/needs. He really made it a special experience that we will never forget! By the end of the tour we were sad to say goodbye. Great recommendations for local spots for gelato too!

A wonderful private tour of the Uffizi
We just finished our private 2-hour tour of the Uffizi with Mirella. She was wonderful and if you can, ask for her. She was extremely knowledgeable and we had some fun discussions about the amazing art works. Of course her English was perfect and she was very easy to understand with the headset. It was a little confusing where to meet because the email made it seem like we were to meet our guide at the Exit of the museum, but what it really meant was that the City Florence Tours office is located on the street by the exit. We throughly enjoyed it and could stay as long as we wanted to see more, which we did including the lovely rooftop restaurant she suggested!

So disappointed, tickets to David canceled the night before, no reason given. Not sure I trust Viator Skip the Line now.
The tour was canceled by the tour company the night before, no reason given. We went to the gallery anyway, stood in line for 45 minutes to find out it a free admission day, like it is the first Sunday of every month. Why did the tour company, Viator and Trip Advisor accept and process our $100 payment when admission was free that day ? Shouldn't they know this ? Isn't this what they do for a living ? We have Skip the Line tickets for Pompei and the Vatican. Now I'm wondering if I can trust those.

An illuminating tour of Renaissance art with Ilaria
Ilaria was a superb guide. Her expertise on Renaissance art was captivating. She’d studied art history at university and that certainly showed in her illuminating tour of the Uffizi and Accademia. Her warm and engaging personality added to the experience and she readily answered all of our questions. A truly great way to spend a morning in Florence taking in the stunning Renaissance art.

We had an incredible experience touring the Accademia Gallery. Giacomo was an amazing tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the artwork in the gallery, including the David. We had a very small group (4 people total), so the experience was extremely personable. He told us his background was in architecture, so we actually had a mini architectural tour of the Duomo along the way. Cannot recommend Giacomo enough, he was the best. Very friendly. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - we tired by the end, but our guide Tomaso was very knowledgeable and added an element of humour to the tour that made it very pleasant. He explained the highlights in a way that showed the history behind the artist and his thinking, I would recommend thus tour and the guide.
