- Paige4600Great tour of Uffizi! We had a great tour of the Uffizi! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable on all the art we saw and gave great history to everything. We were provided with new headphones so we could hear him in the crowded museum. There is a lot of art and having the guide truly helped us to appreciate the art we saw. After the guided tour, which only covers a portion of the museum, you are able to walk around and explore the rest. I would highly recommend!
- nmartinsines00An Amazing Tour of Rome with ChiaraChiara was amazing throughout the tour! She provided us with a very fun and interesting tour of Rome and its highlights. Definately reccommend this guide!
- katepG145QN00Great tour and guideThe tour was awesome! Chiara was amazing and made the tour both fun and knowledgeable! Definitely a great experience!
- FilipaR14800Great tour with ChiaraWe had a wonderful tour on Rome to the Colosseum and the roman forum with Chiara. She was very knowleagable and interesting. Highly recommend it.
- fredericorodrigues00Great tour with Chiara AntonelliGreat tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum with Chiara Antonelli! She was outstanding and very enthusiastic
- sr_goncalo9600Amazing Tour with ChiaraThe tour was amazing as we learned a lot about the places we’ve visited. Our guide was Chiara and she was outstanding!
- Paradise2416112788500Overall experienceVery good although the absence of attendants meant that some time was wasted finding the artists we wanted to view. The lack of obvious security also seemed disturbing.
- Nomad54334700Worth It!Easy and Fast. Worth every penny to avoid the inevitable Ticket and Entry Lines. Ticket office was easy to find near the Uffizi. Friendly ticket giver.
- Dream1270901426600Beautiful art in beautiful locationBeautiful palace filled with amazing artwoy. The skip the line was quite handy, even this time of year
- ALEJANDRO RAUL Z00Great!!! But time might be tight to visit both GalleriesMaybe the time to visit both Galleries is too tight. Just 2 hours for visit the Uffizzi is a bad deal, personally. However, the way to get the tickets and access is really easy.
- Z132BYlisaf00Uffizi HighlightsConstanza was amazing! Such incredible knowledge and enthusiasm. Perfect choice of the outstanding art to see. We would highly recommend the tour.
- Beatriz N00Wonderful experienceWonderful experience!!! Very useful staff and clear information regarding their location to collect tickets. A great way to avoid long cues!!!
- William B00Ufizzi and Academia small group walking tourThis tour was very enjoyable with unbelievable views of amazing art and sculptures as well as a walk between the Academie and the Ufizzi past the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio. Also, a nice break for coffee and macaroons. Our tour guide, Julia, was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable. What a nice day!!
- Sarah M00Uffizi visit in OctoberVery good museum exhibiting a large amount of artwork from some very famous artists. Cost of £39.50 ticket with skip the line however was too much though. No need to skip the line in October as no queue!! Can get a bit overloaded with the amount of artwork to look at. Will take you hour or two to walk round, and that's not seeing everything. Worth a visit though whilst in Florence
- TravelingAnnK00Ruby the Best Tour GuideThis was my partner's first time in Florence and we wanted a guided tour to fully appreciate the art at the Uffizi. The office where you meet is in a small street behind the Uffizi. Ruby was a friendly informative guide. With such a large important gallery Ruby made the tour interesting and we left with a better understanding of the art and the time.

This was our most expensive activity - and sadly the least worth the money.
With hindsight I would strongly advise just queueing for an entrance ticket and being free to wander where you will. TheUffizi is wonderful and well worth visiting our guide was very knowledgeable and moved quickly up a huge amount of stairs right at the start of the tour. Sadly our interests didn’t mesh. But he was very good.
The Accadamia is worth it to see The David but is easily seen just on an entrance ticket it’s very small. The skip the queue didn’t happen as we queued in a group. I don’t rate-the female guide we had for this tour at all. She didn’t check her group once.

The tour guide had lots of great insight about the museums and community. He was personable.
Conversely, this tour experience was like running a race. The tour guide was really a nice guy, but he kept an incredibly fast pace! More than once we lost track of him. My husband is quite tall, and so he was usually able to find the guide so we could catch up. There were three couples on this tour, and one of the couples had to abandon the tour because they were not able to keep up. Now, the woman in the couple didn’t seem all that healthy, but there were so few of us, that the tour guide could possibly have been a little more accommodating, especially considering we got done about 30-45 minutes early.
The guide was friendly and would answer questions, but the whole time he spoke as if he was running a script. He’s got the tour memorized.
We WOULD use this tour company again, but we would likely assert our frustrations more if this happened again.

First of all, you sold us a Spanish speaking tour. Thankfully I visited the location the day before and we were able to switch. The morning tour guide needs to speak into her microphone better; afternoon guide was better at it. Both tours were excellent!! Not rushed, not boring, good pace, with time left on your own!

Amazing and informative tour of both sites. Skipping the lines was a definite bonus. Manuela and Francesca were both so pleasant and knowledgeable taking us on a journey through time from the Middle Ages to the end of the Renaissance. You can tell they really enjoy giving the tours and sharing their knowledge of art history.

Our guide was excellent and a wealth of knowledge. That being said, the tour was bumpy for several reasons - first, the headphones they provided were terrible. Any time we were in close proximity to another tour guide, the sound turned entirely to static. Got to the point where we just took out the ear piece and wondered. Second, we did not have time to explore the Uffizi on our own as we had to leave to go back to their office to pick up additional people to go to the Accademia. Just a silly waste of time. We still had to wait in line at the Accademia so don’t expect to just walk right in. Granted we waited 15 minutes when it would have been an hour otherwise so that is a positive. We had seven people on the first part of the tour and then a full 14 for the second part. Again, great guide, bad technology and even worse courtesy for those of us who booked and then had to waste time for their benefit.

Our family of four, with two teenagers really enjoyed this tour! It was so informative, and we learned so much. Going through these kinds of museums without a tour guide seems almost foolish to me. We would have missed so much and wandered aimlessly. I believe our tour guide's name was Ricardo and he was so kind and made the tour incredibly interesting. Great being able to "skip the lines" and see the highlights of each of these treasures. We also learned a lot about Florence, the Medici family and got great views of the city up in these museums.

My wife and I took this guided tour on June 7th, 2023, the day before leaving Florence (we spent 7 days here and took a lot of guided tours of various attractions during that time). This tour has two components, the Uffizi Galeries (90 minutes, from 12pm to 1:30pm) then the Accademia (3:45pm-5pm). This was an excellent experience and I have to say that especially Martina, our guide for the Accademia, was one of the best guides we have met during our extensive travels throughout the years. The way she combined the information about the museum with the history of the city and its historical figures and little funny pearls about the history of icecream or about the first Grand Piano being built here or the kitchen gadgets invented by DaVinci made this tour a true delight (when she eventually shared with us that she had a teaching degree I was not surprised at all). I would highly recommend this tour, ESPECIALLY if you get Martina as your guide.

On a busy weekend like Memorial Day (for Americans) this was a huge benefit for getting in to the museums. Being part of a group let us use a shortcut entrance.Maria Christina was so helpful and knowledgeable. And we even got extra help with stairs, elevators, etc to fit the different needs in our group.

We started our tour with Francesca at the Uffizi Gallery and went to the Accademia gallery after. It was absolutely amazing to see such beautiful artworks and statues and to make it even better Francesca was an amazing tour guide. We loved how passionate she was and how knowledgeable she was about the museums. We were able to ask her every question we had and enjoyed the opportunity to learn about the history of Florence from her. I highly recommend this tour and would love to do it again! Thank you so much Francesca for such an amazing time ❤️

Our tour of the David and Uffizi Galleries was extremely detailed and informative. Our guide, Maria Cristina, is exceptionally knowledgeable and did a fantastic job conveying a lot of information in a short period of time. It was time and money well spent.

Does this tour still require vaccination or a negative Covid test, as stated in the online description? I am assuming it just has not been updated since the Covid rules were lifted. I emailed the tour operator but thought I’d try here too.
Thanks.
