We had such a fabulous experience being driven from Florence to Lyon recently instead of flying or catching the train. It was a long journey but the car was so comfortable and Francesco our driver was so helpful, informative and just so lovely it made it a fabulous trip. Was really interesting to see the views along the way and be able to stop when we wished. Highly recommend this company and particularly Francesco who I would rate 10/10!

We used Stefano for two days touring Tuscany. He was fantastic! He gave us great recommendations for our stops and was always prompt on arrival. He was also very accommodating when we had a late afternoon request for a final stop. I would highly recommend Stefano!!

I can only recommend the personal transport that Stefano provided to us. As soon as I contacted him, he replied and answered my many questions. We were arriving in Livorno in a cruise ship, hence the questions and logistics. He provided me with options and information and gave me the indications we needed for when getting out of the port. As soon as my family and I (6) we were out, Francesco, who was our assigned driver for the day, greeted us. In perfect timing. Francesco was very very friendly, drove us to Pisa, gave us very good and punctual information, and then drove us safely to Lucca, where he gave us as well very good recommendations and sent us some highlights of the city. We were absolutely pleased with the service and very happy to have met Francesco, who, as said before, was a pleasure to have met. Thank you for making our stop in Liborio and the region so nice.

We had the most amazing day! Our driver Claudia was waiting for us as soon as we got off the cruise ship. She was such a delight and gave us so many facts while we were driving from place to place. We first went to Pisa and then Lucca and then an incredible local winery. She was so amazing and we just had the most incredible day! Thank you so much again Claudia!! It was amazing!!! We had a great driver named Claudia and was waiting for us right when we got to port! She was also like a private tour guide by giving us history of everything we saw along the journey. It was so smooth and comfortable and made our group feel welcomed to the area.

I found Stefano by chance and he was amazing! I originally thought we would arrive in Livorno on our ship but he caught my mistake and told me we were ducking in Spezia. I would not have caught that mistake until it was too late to make changes. Since we were very far from Florence he suggested we do a day trip to Pisa, Lucca and a winery called Segreto on our way back to the ship. He was in touch several times before our arrival to confirm our plans and provide our driver and contact info. Claudia was waiting for us and she was so sweet and knowledgeable sharing tidbits of history and information along the way. It was so hot out thar we wanted to leave Lucca early so she came to get us and called the winery to adjust our arrival time. They took us to a small winery rhsr was fabulous. The owner and hostess were so wonderful and welcoming giving us a truly amazing tasting with fabulous food to pair with it. So wonderful that Stefano is supporting this small winery by bringing people to their lovely place. We had a truly memorable day thanks to Stefano’s planning and Claudia”s hospitality. We will definitely recommend Stefano and his company to all of our friends! Thank you!

My entire family absolutely loved Francesco!!! He took such great care of us during our visit to Cinque Terre. We were picked up at the port and from the moment we met him, we know we would have a great time. And we did!! He gave us great information about the port, the surrounding towns, and recommendations to maximize our time in Cinque Terre. His recommendations didn’t stop there. He also provided us dinner suggestions during our overnight stay in Livorno—he even tried to call the restaurant to book reservations for my family. He knew we had a trip to Florence/Pisa the following day and suggested places to visit and eat. Hands down, Francesco is the best. Had a great experience with Stefan. We had a group of ten initially but we met friends on the cruise and he was willing to take the extra two people. He was very efficient and punctual and added a stop at a winery for a tasting for part of our group that we hadn’t initially booked which was great. Immaculate vehicle and great driver. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend him.

Francesco Is an amazing driver! Our trip around Pisa and Florence was awesome. Francesco was very organized and friendly, he even made us a summarized video of our day. The van was clean and comfortable, and we all felt safe and happy. I really recommend Francesco If you want to have an amazing day!😁

Can I give more than 5 stars?!?! Stefano saved our family trip to Venice. When our very early morning transfer (with another company) fell through the night before at 10pm , 17 family members and I were going to be stuck at our Airbnb without a way to get to the train station for an early morning train to Venice for the day. I frantically called anyone I could find on the web until I called Stefano. He answered immediately (at 10:30) and I explained our situation. Everyone else either didn’t answer the phone or said they couldn’t help us(rudely). Stefano assured me he would do anything he could to help us find a ride. Within 30 minutes he had secured 3 mini vans to bring all 18 of us in the morning at the same time - this saved our day trip to Venice, not to mention the hundreds of Euros we had already spent on the train tickets. Stefano was simply awesome and he wasn’t even one of the drivers. He refused any sort of compensation for what he did for us. Just a really awesome guy. The drivers (Leonardo, Riccardo, and Hernan) he had arranged were all professional and arrived early and got us to the train station on time and in 3 very comfortable Mercedes mini vans. And all this for very reasonable rates (I was prepared to pay 2-3x more just to save our trip). I told Stefano that while we never met in person I would remember him for the rest of my life. While in Venice, our group toasted him at lunch and we wanted for him to see how happy we were to be there, because of him, so below the photo. Thank you, Grazie, Stefano! Sei un grande uomo!

We had a great trip with Claudia from our cruise ship to Volterra then on to a vineyard for lunch at Torciano and then to San Gimignano. She was always on time and was great company. Would highly recommend this company.

We were provided outstanding service by two drivers / guides in two Mercedes vans. Both Cora and Claudia were a delight to travel with, spoke fluent English, were well informed on the history of the area, and were friendly and accommodating. Thanks to both of them of day in Floence could not have been more enjoyable.
