After being welcomed and treated with a starter and some introductory stories from the , the cooking started.
In a small group of people we had the owner of the restaurant and two chefs show us the secrets to prepare a perfect T-Bone-Steaks, with hands-on experience.
Afterwards we had diner based on our prepared steaks with side dishes and Chianti wine in a nice atmosphere with lots of fun and chat around the table.

I booked this restaurant and cooking class for a group of 9 friends. Wow, this was a nice meal and one of the best steaks ever. We had a very good "master cook / teacher", and we really learned a lot. You work in the restaurant and cook for your steak. And good vino - and a lot of it! This experience was worth every euro and every minutes. We will definitely recommend this trip for a group.

This cooking class was a gift for my girlfriend and it was definitely worth it! The staff was really friendly and funny and the chef explained a lot about the steak and how to prepare it. Additionally, you get a lot of wine while you there which is definitely a reason to stay a little while longer...
If you are in Florence you should definitely try Florentine Steak, and if you can, learn to prepare it in this cooking class!

This was an amazing night. We were treated to knowledgable, fun chefs who taught us the in's and out's of making a perfect Florentine steak. It was truly a lighthearted and friendly, the people we paired up with were great and Icant say enough about the chef's who were in the kitchen. The food was awesome!!! I cant recommend this night more, it was a blast. It was informative and a great meal, wine and dessert to boot.Don't miss this while in Florence, you need to have at least one steak, why not cook it yourself with expert guidance??

amazing experience, the whole night was organised, our host was Gabriele who was outstanding in his knowledge of the steakhouse and where the beef came from, the steak was the best steak I have ever tasted, the whole experience was fun, the food was amazing, as was the wine, highly recommend this steak night

We really enjoyed the cooking class and best of all talking with the owner of I'Tuscani.
The chef was ill the night we visited and so we were treated to an evening with Enrique, who obviously knows his way around a steak and the how and how long to cook one.
We had great food and a really fun evening!

Alfredo taught us what makes the Florentine steaks unique, and how to cook them. This meal that we helped prepare was absolutely fabulous. Along with grilled vegetables and great Chianti made the perfect dinner in my opinion. Well worth the price- the value is much more than the cost.

My wife said this was the most fun she had in Italy, and I can't disagree. We were alone, so that made it nice, and the service from the people at I'Tuscany 3 were wonderful. We had so much fun learning how to cut and cook a proper Florentine Steak! Plus the wine was great, along with the pre-meal appetizers, and accompanying potatoes and vegetables. We loved the steak, it was the best! :) And we loved the people! Kudos, highly recommended!

After some initial confusion with the address listed (go into the steak restaurant!) we were greeted by Gabrielle', the manager. Very enthusiastic and incredibly informative, he explained everything about the Tuscan cuisine and the Florentine way of preparing meals. While serving us breads and Rose' and Chiante, he entertained us with his knowledge. The restaurant management is very environmentally conscious as well.
We were able to go into the kitchen and work with the chef to prepare our (over 2 lb) steaks (rare in true Florentine fashion). The meal was delicious and the experience was great . Definitely worth your while
