About
Florence is one of the most charming cities in Italy, full of history, art and beautiful architecture, all with a small-town feel, being the birthplace of Renaissance means there is plenty to do and see. Our is a historical and food and wine experience, not just a mere tasting of undistinguished dishes; we will learn, we will explore, we will discover, we will experience ONLY the best. We start from a place that for centuries has been a crossroads of merchants and citizens, we will talk about the Tuscan food tradition of the present and the past, the history of food and how they were consumed in various eras, we will learn how to distinguish the touristic traps and chose the best. Our knowledgeable guides have an art history degree and are food and wine experts, there is no improvising here, our tour is seriously set and kept under a continual improvement process.
