Alberto was amazing! Great tour with a lot of information and amazing food/wine He made sure my husband had a great birthday celebration and arranged dinner at Ristoro L’Antica Scuteria where we had a great meal. First stop of the tour was at Cantine Guidi 1929 where we were greeted by Emma who was very knowledgeable about wine and showed us the process, answered all Of our questions and provided great insight. Seconds stop was Maurizio Brogioni’s farm/vineyard and paired great bread an olive oil with cheeses and wine. Overall it was an excellent time and 💯 recommended tour while visiting Florence.

I was so impressed with these guys. I bought the ticket online at the last minute, unsure if it could be a scam. But everything was perfect. Straight in, no queueing. I had their audio guide downloaded to my phone, which was excellent. Recommended.

Our tour guide, Leonardo, was fantastic! Very enthusiastic and engaging in showing us the beautiful history of Florence. We saw all of the major sights and even some hidden gems around the city.

I recently had the pleasure of joining the Walking Tour with Accord and it definitely had an impact on me! The guide Barbara was knowledgeable, and brought the stories and history of the area to life. The pace was perfect—neither too fast nor too slow—and along the way, our guide provided fascinating insights, fun anecdotes, and even some local tips for dining and visiting some of the most famous museums in the city.

Really good tour with a fantastic guide, Gian. I recommend it to everyone. Especially in the low season the group is small so you may have a private experience.

We had such a good time at our private Chianti tour. Our tour guide was Alberto and he did such a good job! Extremely knowledgeable, nice and took us to the best Chianti wineries. Towards the end of our tour we went to Osteria Campanna del Gallo. The best restaurant in the area by far. Amazing food and great service. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!!!

Great experience! Stephan was a great guide and was very thorough with what he showed us. He was at the meeting point waiting for us and very helpful and polite when we had to check a backpack. He knew what he was talking about and helped us see special details of the art in the Opera. Highly recommend this tour!

Good way to get tickets to the museum. The person at the meeting point was nice and efficient. However not impress by the audio app. The installation is not so simple and several mistakes exist: wrong language, wrong or missing paintings...

The walking tour with audioguide in Florence was so great with Barbara. It was a good way to know the city better. I will look for other tour with Accord. Thank you!

Lani kai I must say, the establishment's recent refurbishment was quite impressive. However, the absence of a telephone in the chamber struck me as an odd oversight. The thermostat's insistence on maintaining a constant 74 degrees Fahrenheit was a perplexing conundrum, but mercifully, the maintenance staff proved to be quite capable in remedying the situation. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the ice machine and vending machine were but a stone's throw away from my quarters - a mere 20 paces, in fact. As for the front desk personnel, they were an absolute delight, with Melissa and Jeanine proving to be particularly helpful and accommodating. One would imagine that, given the rather hefty nightly rate of $185, a microwave would be included amongst the amenities. Nonetheless, the room was equipped with a compact refrigerator and an impressive, generously proportioned television that miraculously allowed for casting - a rarity in most establishments of this caliber. All in all, I'm inclined to bestow a solid four stars upon this place.
