Confusion over the scheduled change of flight led to a no show by car service. Had to take a taxi into town

Dear,
unfortunately, even if we are sorry to reply to our customers in this way, what you have reported does not correspond to the truth, our driver waited at the airport for over an hour and a half (even much longer than the waiting time allowed by the voucher) to no avail .
We tried to call but you didn't answer the phone, mobile not reachable, you called us after 1h 45 minutes through the airport assistance saying you were waiting for us and after almost two hours we tried to send another car but unfortunately we didn't have more availability since in the meantime the same driver should have taken care of other customers after you but we lost them to wait for you.
We are sorry to read such a review after we have been helpful and careful with you, and we have done everything possible in order not to cause a disservice to you.
