Our guide Alma made our experience exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative while making the tour interesting even for those who aren’t history buffs.

Really good tour of the city and of the gallery. Didn't get to go into the Cathedral so had to buy these tickets separately but got a really good background about the history. The tour guide was very considerate and made sure we had breaks to drink if we needed them.

1 hour Academia tour Viator !!!Our guide was Martina very interesting, intelligent, and humorous she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone’s radio worked before start the tour she had to change out a coup it would not start until everyone was happy!!!!’ If it’s possible to request her defiantly do it !!!!

Great tour through the lovely streets of Florence. Very interesting history and nothing was boring or irrelevant. Would definitely recommend but wear your walking shoes.

The tour was superlative. The tour guide was a professional on arts and history and an expert of the city. She was extremely intelligent and communicative and had an excellent humour. I learned a lot on Italy and Florence arts and history.

Guide was great and the pace was good. I never felt he was talking just to pass the time. He provided meaningful and interesting facts about Florence.

There are so many magnificent art work but as you know David is the most popular and it has been the one who affected me most. But the line is toooo crowded to buy ticket from door. I suggest you to buy it from its page, months before. I have waited for 2 hours and it was not a late hour, some says the line lasts 4 hour or more. So ticket is important.

The guide for our evening tour of David was very informed and shared a few of her favorite spots in the gallery. That was very nice. The lower stars are for the price and the tour being billed as 'after hours.' Our tour was at 5 but the day we toured the gallery stays open late. Also my son qualified for a free ticket, but the tour guy charges full rates for teens. We waited about 45 minutes in que to enter the gallery and that was was considered part of the tour time.

So glad we opted for the guided tour with skip the line! Skipping the crazy line is a key piece if you're only in Florence for a limited time (and would rather spend time in a Piazza having a drink and people watching anyway!). Martina was a great guide. She was very knowledgable and added in art history pieces that were very interesting (even to someone not that into art). Seeing the David is a must in Firenze!
