This class Is great for those who want to have fun in the kitchen learning, as a group, how to cook a 3-course traditional Italian meal.
Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef.
Classes are scheduled:
All year round: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm.
In this unique experience, working in a fully equipped kitchen and in the company of an expert Chef, participants learn how to prepare a typical Italian dinner which includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert.This course is followed by a dinner of the prepared dishes in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 2.5 hours including the dinner.
Examples of possible menu (*):
Appetizer: Potato soufflé, eggplant caprese, potato broccatello, eggplant millefoglie
Main course: Fresh pasta with a sauce, gnocchi, risotto, etc.
Dessert: Tiramisù, panna cotta, chocolate soufflé, biscotti di prato, etc.
