I purchased two tickets in June they informed me less than 2 days before my visit in September that they were not available and to buy them on site. They would give a full refund. I have not received the refund, they have not responded to my many emails. Don’t give this company any of your money. If I could give a minus score I would.

The ticket I bought from Tripadvisor was not valid at the entrance, and I had to buy one more ticket at the entrance. Of course not Tripadvisor nor Viator (provider) are not taking any responsibility, and they are not giving me a refund. Never buy from this provider ever again.

Honestly, this was not worth the entrance fee or the time. The staff was very nice, free bag check, and it was very clean. The displays were marginally interesting and the audio guide was not very good. It was a small pad that could be shared, but it was hard to hear and follow along given that fact that there were no ear pieces and the subject matter was not so desirable. Our glass factory tour was much more interesting…

The Skip the Line ticket was not acceptable at the ticket office. There was no line. Don’t throw away your money. Wonderful museum. Well worth the time.

The palace doesnt look like a pslace from outside but its spectacular inside! We went around 5pm and were almost alone there! Ceilings took our breaths away! Each one is different and absolutely stunning. During our 5 weeks trip around Europe we have seen a number of castles and palaces and we still were impressed. Very worth seeing. A little hard to find the entrance due to renovations, could be better sign- posted. Otherwise - great! Tx

Provider cancelled our booking, Claimed that the time was not available and no suitable alternative was available. However there is plenty of availability on the direct museum site for the same date.

This company is a complete and utter scam. We ordered a Christmas ornament from them. They never sent it so we followed up. They responded they were working on processing the order and we never heard from them again. I followed up several times and they never responded. Do not use this company for anything.

Great experience, probably to hot to visit in August. A flying visit while at a wedding in the area. Will return for a more relaxed visit in the future.

Trip was booked and paid for months in advance. I received an email stating they were Cancelling the trip 2 days before we were due to arrive.

On my first full day in Rome I visited this place. I had a fun time there. Even though I suffer from kidney disease it was easy to get around and there was many places I could rest for a bit. The view from the top of the Castel is amazing. You can see many landmarks in Rome. The history of the building is also interesting. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Beautiful Cathedral , historical monument. Absolutely magnificent to see from outside and inside. Amazing architecture and is free to get in just pick up free pass from ticket office near by. Definitely recommend to visit and don’t miss inside visit.

"Weekend in Italy" cancelled my ticket two days before the event, despite having a confirmation number. And now i have to arrange for my own refund, it's not even automatic.

Unresponsive and unhelpful service. Beware also, they sell products (ie, museum tickets) that you can buy more cheaply and easily directly through the site/museum you are visiting.

Do not waste your money on these tickets. When you get to the venue there is one line and one line only. Whether you are buying tickets that day, whether you puchased them online, or if you purchased these tickets billed as "Skip the line" you wait in the same line. We were in line behind people buying tickets at the counter. When we asked where you go in w/the Skip the Line tickets we were told "there is only one line, everyone waits in line here". So Instead of paying $13 per ticket ($39 total) like others we were waiting in line behind we paid $66+. Some museums in Florence have actual "Skip the Line" lines. The Galileo and the Leonardo Interactive Museum do not, so do not fall for this scam like we did. I included a picture showing the ticket desk that I took when we were leaving. When I took the photo no one was in line as there was when we arrived, but it shows you the desk where everyone enters. No Skip the Line option here. When I requested a refund I was told it is busy during the summer and it is normal to wait in line. Sorry no refunds.

What’s a fantastic collections of items from Egypt. The sheer number of items was overwhelming! The bright colours on objects, the whole tombs and how they were put together was really interesting. If you are in the area it’s well worth just piping into the museum to see if you can gain entry. Trying to get tickets on line was an absolute nightmare! We nearly didn’t try to get in. But we were extremely happy we chanced our arms!
