Gaia & Titiana did a good job trying to keep 70 tourists on time, but there were obviously some delays and a few people were left behind at some stops. It was also really unpleasant to have obviously sick people in our massive group. Coughing, sneezing & blowing their noses most of the day on an enclosed bus...did the pandemic teach them nothing?! Try to pick seats near the very front or back of the bus to limit your "exposure" since you're discouraged from switching after each stop. Anyways, Siena is a lovely town and the duomo is top notch! The toilet there is not efficient, though, so head back to the beautiful town piazza, grab a tea or pastry & use the café's "Water Closet/WC". The winery was great and entertaining, but staff struggled to get the dietary meals to the right people. Ordering bottles from this place will also set you back quite a bit. San Gimignano is pretty cool...and gets you into the medieval mindset. Pisa and the surrounding buildings are incredible. The lawn/grass was being turned over for the winter, so we didn't get the full effect, but it is still quite impressive. I recommend this tour!

The trip was ok, but it was basically a one hour guided tour in Pisa and a one hour guided tour in Lucca with transport in between. There was no narrative on the coach while we were travelling, which was a shame as there is so much history here. Overpriced for what it was.

We recently had the pleasure of taking this tour with Sara (No H). Sara was efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Her instructions were clear concise and easy to follow. She was a joy to spend the day with. We would recommend this tour as a great introduction to the area.

We did this tour from Florence. The tour itself was great and tour guide was knowledgeable. We opted to climb the steps up the tower (251 steps, not bad at all), but in doing that, that was the free time to roam around on your own. I wish we had even an hour to walk around and take more pictures. I would recommend going up and climbing up the tower though, cool thing to do - and this ticket was a timed ticket so you did not have to wait in a line. Make sure you have breakfast/coffee prior to departing, as they don't provide anything and you aren't allowed to have food or coffee on the bus. Did stop once prior to arrival to Pisa for bathrooms.

Way more basic than expected. The host was not as described “master perfumer”! She was lovely but a basic apprentice and the class was not very educational

See much of Italy in one day. Comfortable bus took us to Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. Lovely lunch and wine tasting at a vineyard. Roberto kept us organized and informed all day while Antonio navigated the drive with skill and experience. Lovely day!

This is a great trip to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence (but tourists love these places too) Roberto was a great guide, giving us the right amount of information while we were on the bus, while allowing some quiet time for rests on longer drives. It is a Full day- over 12 hours. We met at 7:25 am and returned to Florence after 8:00 pm. But you see a LOT. The wine lunch was good with good food and generous pours and extra tastes. They are able to accommodate special dietary needs. Thanks to Antonio for navigating the small town roads to get us to our destinations safely. Take the tour-make some memories!

We had a mistake on our travel agents booking to place us with a tour in a language we did not speak. The employees were fast at making sure we had a seat on the same tour but in our language. We had a wonderful time. Our guide Roberto was friendly and great at explaining all the city details and Antonio was a smooth driver. We highly recommend this tour to our friends and family.

It was a great all day tour visiting 3 major cities in Italy including a wine tour dinner. Our driver Anthony I was great. And the host Roberto was also amazing. They were very helpful with explaining everything as went on the tour! I would definitely recommend going with them.

I was honestly surprised by how great this experience was while around half the price of similar others I was considering, and ended up being a highlight of our trip. The Chef Matteo was more than friendly, a fun great guy, not only did he show us how to make everything but took care to explain why as we went along.

The Duomo is an amazing place to visit but unfortunately we had an extremely hard time understanding our guide as her microphone kept getting interference and she had a speech impediment that made it extremely hard to understand her. I tried to make suggestions to help but it never really got any better. Also the “optional dome climb” was completely deceiving as I thought it was included in our tour. Then when I asked our guide, she had absolutely no information to help us figure whether it was included or not.

This was such a fun way to spend some time in Florence! Chef Stefano was brilliant (and was very patient with all the questions from some of the North Americans in the group). You learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into beautiful fresh hand-cut pasta. While the dough rests you also create an excellent tiramisu from the initial ingredients. The chefs cook the sauces but explain everything as they go, and this was probably the best bolognese sauce I’ve ever tasted (even as someone who has cooked it myself many many times). Ciao Florence were fantastic and we’d certainly book one of their experiences again 👍

Shore Emotion did a great job. Elena was in direct contact before and during the trip and Beatrice the tour guild was wonderful with her commentary and her humor. It was well organized and everyone knew what to do and where to meet. It exceeded expectations.
