Marilisa was incredible and exceeded our expectations. It was a great and authentic food experience, and also a good way to get a feel for the area.

We did a morning Uffizi tour with Martina with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-12). Martina was the best guide we have ever had, for both kids and adults alike. She has a deep knowledge of the museum content, often pointing out certain things that we could tell no other guide did. But at the same time she was great at keeping the kids engaged with the treasure hunt/ trivia game, and also how to best navigate the museum, knowing exactly when and where to take a break or keep moving. As an example, for many of the paintings, she had the kids come up close and then sit on the floor, while she described what was so special about that piece. All of the adults learned a lot, and I was surprised that the kids were genuinely captivated and had energy for the entire tour. I can’t speak for the other guides, but would not hesitate to recommend Martina.

Dilara was an exceptional host. She showed us many, many different locations as well as some of her personal favourites. The tastings were excellent and showcased the variety and quality of the local products. She went out of her way to accommodate our varied interests and needs. Dilara was both knowledgeable as well as passionate about Florence.

Emilia was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and gave our kids a fun yet informative tour of the Uffizi. Her passion for the art there is so infectious and got us excited too. Highly recommended!

Disappointed. I booked the private tour for kids at the Uffizi Gallery several months in advance at 9am and was notified in the evening before the tour that my tour was canceled. They offered another tour at 2:30 but we had a train ticket booked already to leave Florence. When I wrote the company that 2:30 time would not work, they refunded my money but did not bother to offer any other tours that morning. Had to scramble to find another tour!

Grazie mille, Martina (our guide) was fabulous, the kids had a blast and an amazing time (and we too) 👍. We also had perfect insight for a great pizzeria and amazing gellateria for for the kids, both a bit off the beaten tracks, more « local » flavored (i.e. less turistico 😎). Thanks again for making our discovery of Firenze such an unforgettable memory.

Giulia showed us the best pizza and gelato place. We went back for more during our trip. It was an easy stroll around looking at amazing places. The kids and adults had a great time.

Giulia was fantastic at keeping the kids entertained and learning. So friendly and easy to get along with. She aimed it at the adults as well as kids. Awesome host.

Our guide me the tour of the Uffizzi very fun and entertaining for not only the adults, but the teens and the kindergartners as well. The adults felt that they had learned and seen some things they have never seen before. The guide was also very patient and humorous with the children, so that the whole visit was a real pleasure.

The family tour of the Uffizi was excellent! Our guide Ginerva was wonderful. We liked how this tour wasn't a scavenger hunt. The game Ginerva had the kids play engaged them and made them study each art piece so that they got the most out of the experience. We were so grateful to have seen the Uffizi this way

Martina was an amazing host! We showed us all of her favorite local spots, and she also was eager to share her knowledge of the history of the city. The food we tasted was all wonderful and the whole group had a great time. Martina is passionate about food and Florence!

I'm so glad I booked this tour my first night in Florence. Stefania was a warm, engaging, extremely knowledgeable guide. The tour covered the city's interesting history, cultural highlights and also gave me a good idea of the layout of the city. It also helped clarify different places I want to make sure to visit while I'm here. Very glad I took the tour at night as the city looks especially beautiful illuminated at night and there are fewer tourists out at that time. Stefania answered any/all questions I had and kindly gave recommendations for restaurants and points of interest as well. I highly recommend this tour, especially on your first night in the city.

Definitely do this! The 2 hour tour with a local guide early in our visit definitely made our trip more meaningful. Giulio was our guide and he told us so much we might not have learned and gave good advice for what else to see.

This tour was 5 stars!!! We had the best tour guide (Aurora) who made the experience so worth it. She was an expert on all things Florence and was so fun and easy to talk to. We only did a day trip to Florence so we wanted to book a tour. She showed us all the best spots in Florence and helped us explore the beautiful city while tasting the staples food and wine. This is a must do when visiting Florence and you must ask for Aurora! You will not be disappointed.

Ilaria Perini kept our two boys (11 and 9) engaged and interested for 2.5 hours inside the Ufizzi! She was funny, honest, informative, and knew exactly the kinds of things that would be of interest to both the kids and me and my husband. I can’t say enough good things about her!
