We had an amazing time learning the basics of pizza and gelato making! Victoria is a great chef and tutor and made it fun for even our 4 and 5 year olds.

My teen daughter and I booked the authentic pizza and gelato class. The class is located a stone’s throw from Mercato Centrale. I have been making pizza at home for a while now with okay results but it was nice to see how to properly make the dough and importantly how to stretch it. I had been doing it all wrong! It was also fantastic seeing first hand how gelato is made and again importantly, how to tell authentic gelato from the rest so you know what you are getting is actually nice fresh gelato Very useful information. Our pizza and gelato were super yummy. I would recommend this class if you are looking for straightforward instructions for making good pizza and gelato. The class was in a nice clean kitchen space.

Our instructors and guides, Sebastian & Haider, were fantastic! We had an absolutely amazing day! We loved our Vespa tour experience, and we highly recommend it!

The best cooking class I have attended- the food was excellent, the company great and Alice was a great teacher, she held the group together and made it such fun!

Highly recommend this experience. We started with a tour of the historic market, where we got to taste a variety of olive oils, truffles, and my personal favorite, pistachio cream. We then went back to the teaching kitchen and prepared two homemade pasta dishes and tiramisu. My partner loves cooking and said this was his favorite experience of the trip! We learned so much from our instructor, Jon, and will definitely be repeating the meals for our friends and family when we return home.

Outstanding tour of the duomo and the terrace. It was well worth the price and our guide did a phenomenal job weaving in the history of the city.

Good for all levels of cooking and the staff made the experience worth it . I would recommend this to anyone wanting to do a cooking class in Italy . It was a lot of fun to make the pasta and then enjoy the meal afterwards . Definitely not difficult , they won’t let you fail !

Very fun experience. The vespa was really fun to drive and easy to pick up with David and Hider’s instructions. They were great guides; they kept us safe and had a lot of information about the area. They were also hilarious. The food and wine were amazing.

We did this tour with our family of 5 -- three teenagers and mom and dad. It was a great combination to understand the city of Florence and also see David easily. There was a break where you could get a light lunch or take a rest on your own and you meet back up with your guide at the Academia Gallery so don't let the length intimidate you. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure. There was also a Gelato treat right when you needed it.

We had am amazing time on this tour with our family of 5. We did take our three teenagers and they enjoyed themselves. The tour is set up nicely and the three wineries are lovely and the stop in a Tuscan village was a nice added bonus. The Tuscan meal at the last winery was delicious. Cecelia was our tour guide and she was fabulous.. very knowledgeable, but also funny and engaging. We recommend this tour if you are looking to go into Tuscany for the day from Florence.

We enjoyed the class, Roberta is a very knowledgable and engaging host. I have marked down one star because it is advertised as “free flowing wine” but there is no wine until the end.

The cooking class with Alessandro was great! We learned how to make the dough and form it accordingly. The gelato making was very interesting as well. And of course everything tasted amazing! I highly recommend this course :)

Yulia was a fountain of knowledge about Florentine history. Take this tour before doing anything in Florence. You'll get a great overview of Florence's history & art AND you’ll receive an understanding of the city's layout. Well worth the price.
