In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare the two main types of dough best suited for filled pastas: egg (all’uovo) and flour-and-water (all’acqua) or may be also another one, as colored pasta with vegetables or squid ink. Each pasta is paired with its own delectable sauce. The chef will welcome you in her cozy kitchen on the second floor of a historic building.
Ingredients used in each dish are organic, seasonal and locally-sourced. Upon request, this class can be vegetarian. The intimate classes are a great way to meet fellow, food-minded travelers in Florence. Come for the food and leave with a full belly and new friends.
