Our guide was very informative and charming. She was able to streamline our entrance in to see David and fill in lots of details which we would have missed going on our own. Additionally, she took us to see parts of Florence which were somewhat off the beaten path.

The tour was fine but it implies that Duomo is part of the tour- There is NO Duomo tour inside- you only walk past it outside. If I had k own that I would have chose a different tour. Very deceiving!

Ciao Devin! Thanks so much for booking with us and we're pleased to hear you enjoyed the tour! I apologize that you were confused about the inclusions and that the interior of the Duomo is not included on this tour. We are sorry for any disappointment caused but glad you enjoyed the tour nonetheless! We clearly list in our description "See the exteriors of the cathedral, baptistery, and bell tower while your guide explains the gothic influence of the church’s internal and exterior art." We will certainly look into making this more clear moving forward if there's still any confusion.

Great tour, navigated the crowds and the heat perfectly. So many interesting facts about Florence!
Only suggestion is an ice cream stop would’ve really helped with the heat!

Snails pace through the Accademia Gallery. In fact so slow, we decided to finish the tour on our own. The Statue of David and the Accademia Gallery is still worth visiting but I suggest getting a skip the line ticket in and getting a ticket to the dome at the top of the Duomo separate (this tour does not include the top of the Duomo)

Good walk on the exterior of Florence streets … interesting and informative … David was clearly over-rated, due to the failures of scale from the damn sculptor … (short legs, large hands, large head, … it never ends)

Great short tour, our tour guide Annette was quite knowledgeable, learned a lot about the history of Florence. It was a small group which made it easier to listen and ask questions. Thoroughly enjoyed, wish we could have gone inside Il Duomo

We loved our walking tour with Patricia. She showed us most of the main sights in Florence. She gave great advice on good places to shop and eat. The highlight was the beautiful David statue at the Accademia. Patricia did a great job of explaining the sights with enthusiasm and clarity.

Very disappointed we did not get at least a partial refund because my partner lost her passport and we needed the time to secure a temp one.
I know it was in that 24 hour window of no refund but thought the circumstances warranted consideration.
