We just finished the best day with our private tour guide with this company! Francisco did a great job of picking us up from the cruise boat terminal, getting us to Pisa, Tuscany village, site overlooking Florence, Pitti palace, Accademia and Uffizi museums, the Duomo and baptistery, gelato and pizza, and shopping and more! We had an extremely packed day and he was able to get us to everything we wanted to see, and even showed us some of his favorite gelato places. We were able to get back to our cruise ship on time, and to all of our museums at our entrance times as well. He saved us by knowing where to pick up our tickets that I had bought online with our email voucher. Very knowledgeable and very helpful to communicate via text on where to pick up and drop us off with the next spot throughout the day. He was very thoughtful about details, we were able to eat pizza and gelato at a shaded restaurant at the base of the Duomo that was a total highlight! Highly recommend!

Our driver, Leo Mero, was like hitting the jackpot!!! Not only was he a wealth of information on the two days we spent with him, but he had a wonderful command of the English language. Our first day with him was in Rome and were ecstatic to find out he would also be our driver in Florence. We had an engagement on our trip and Leo brought his guitar and serenaded us in the restaurant during lunch to make the day that much more special. We felt like we were leaving a friend behind when we boarded our cruise ship for the remainder of our trip. If you have the opportunity to request this wonderful man on your excursion, you will NOT be sorry!! I have already given his information to friends who will be touring in Italy soon because I want their trip to be as personal and special as ours

We travelled to Livorno on a cruise with a day for sight seeing, given so much to see and do in Pisa & Florence, we booked a private tour with Francesco picking us up from the cruise terminal. The pick up was straight-forward and Francesco was waiting for us at the terminal building immediately opposite our ship.
Unfortunately for us, it was raining for most of the day, but fortunately for us we had organised this tour thus was able to customise it to our preferences so we managed to stay dry for most part of the sight seeing.
Francesco was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area thus was a pleasure to speak to and learn from his knowledge. He provided many suggestions for us to visit/ eat which we were able to benefit from especially due to the weather.

Our driver Leo met us promptly at the cruise ship in Livorno Italy, Our trip was to Florence and back thru Pisa. Leo was an outstanding driver, and had excellent knowledge of not only the history of the region but all of Italy. He recommend a very good restaurant in Florence where we had lunch. We even had time to stop and do some wine tasting in Tuscany area. There was 4 of us but the van could have held more, this excursion cost less than the one offered on the ship.

We booked this private tour knowing that we wanted to focus on Florence and get a flavor of Pisa. Francesco gave us a wonderful tour and is extremely knowledgeable of the area. We got a great overview of Florence and cannot wait to get back. We had the best lunch in Italy with his recommendation and also got an unexpected tour of the Tuscan countryside. He is a joy to speak with and a wonderful guide. This tour picked up our family of five from our cruise ship in the morning and delivered us back on time but did not waste any time. We cannot recommend him enough and cannot wait to get back to Florence!

We did a private day tour with Leo from Prestige Rent to Florence and Pisa and had such a wonderful day! Leo was so warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable and courteous - we couldn't have asked for a better tour guide/driver! He obviously has a passion for his job which really shows. We did a day private tour from our ship to Pisa and Florence and it was WONDERFUL! Alexander was our guide and he was kind, knowledgeable, punctual, fun, and great with our kids. We had a fabulous day and highly recommend Prestige. You won’t be disappointed.

We were on a cruise in July 2018 and decided to do a private tour from Livorno to Florence and Pisa. Prestige Rent was an outstanding choice. We were met promptly at the cruise port by Francesco. His vehicle was in great shape and was extremely clean. He was very knowledgeable and provided great information about the history of the area. The trip to Florence and Pisa was amazing and I would surely use this service again and also recommend it to others.

Francesco picked us up in Livorno and drove our family of 7 adults through Florence, Pisa, and the surrounding region. Francesco was charming, informative, and very helpful, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the sights were amazing. I would absolutely recommend this tour (and this driver) to anyone without hesitation.

Just walked off the ship and Leo was there waiting to take us to Florence and Pisa for the day. A really pleasant, friendly and informative guide. My parents are elderly and cannot walk far so Leo took us to Florence first to the viewing point and then dropped us in the centre of Florence. We were given a mobile phone to call him when we were ready to leave but to be no later that 3pm. We opted to be collected at 2:30 and went on to Pisa. Leo had great knowledge of the history of Tuscany and had excellent English. On arrival we were dropped right beside the Leaning tower and had only a few minutes of a walk. If you were to take the coach with the cruise line, the bus car park is a much longer walk at both destinations, so this was great for my parents. We were back at the cruise ship in good time and for less money that the cruise lines day trip it was definitely a great choice. I Would have no hesitation recommending Viator and if your lucky you will get Leo as your tour guide.

we are 6 in the group - do you accommodate small groups?
There are 12 in our group arriving ashore at 7 am from the Disney Magic on July 4, 2019. Is it possible to have a van that would accommodate our group? We would like a quick snap shot in front of the leaning tower and then spend the bulk of our time in Florence with your guide if possible and skip the line tickets. Thanks, Angela Bulloch-Patterson
