      What I expected
Good tour for it being a big group. We mainly selected this for the transportation between the sites. The visits were all wonderful.

A quick and effective way to see and taste Tuscany!
This is a fabulous way to see Tuscany in a day. Bear in mind that there is a lot of walking so if you have some challenges with mobility, this is perhaps not the trip for you. However, for most people, it is a great balance between seeing some beautiful sites, Taking in the pleasures of Tuscany, tasting typical food, and drinking more than an expected number of wines. all the towns visited has their own beauty. You park on the outskirts and walk in so do be prepared for this, especially if the weather is inclement. We loved the day!

      Worthwhile
I was a bit hesitant about this tour because the reviews were mixed, but it was really quite good & well-organized. We loved Pisa and the tour guide was great there. We had time to climb the Leaning Tower going straight to the ticket office after free time. You would have to pay for that ticket separately - I thought it was worthwhile. The tour guide at Lucca was not so great - mumbled and rushed through the whole thing and didn't seem interested. But we got to see some cool stuff nonetheless. The transportation was very well-organized, everything on time and as described. The tour guide gave some info while on the bus as well. We got back to Florence before 6pm.

      Amazing wine tasting and views
Such an amazing day out. We went first to Monteriggoni to start the morning in the quiet town, then to sienna where we chose to have the self guided tour as we are slower walkers (recent injury). Our host Constantine was amazing, accommodated our slow walking needs, funny, engaging and very informed. The company have links to a local restaurant to arrange a 3-course lunch in Sienna for a good price to allow you to enjoy the free time and not rush to find a spot. The wine tasting was amazing with 4 wines, more lunch and tasting of oils and balsamic. San gimignano was lovely and we arrived with time to explore and shop before enjoying a sunset drive back to Florence in February. We got back around 19:00. Highlight of our trip travelling around Tuscany Thank you! And also thanks to our driver Lecca for navigating the beautiful Tuscan hills effortlessly

      Multi language tour
I was disappointed that this English speaking tour was also a Spanish speaking tour so everything was repeated in both languages. This was misleading when I booked. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the medieval towns and doing the wine tasting.

      Amazing journey
Ariana and Mario were the best! Mario was an amazing driver who navigated very rige roads and Ariana was an incredible multi-lingual tour guide for our group. I would recommend this tour with these two to any of my friends or family. The tour was for sorrento, positano, and amalfi.

Awesome day exploring the gems of Cinque Terre!
We had a wonderful full- day exploring three of the five gems of Cinque Terre! Our guide was very organized and navigated us from the La Spezia port to train center then on the train through the towns. She provided information about the towns, information, and recommendations on where to explore and lunch spots. We went in November and had the towns to ourselves! Great balance of guided trip with free time in each town to explore. Highly recommend for those coming on a cruise and optimizing your time there!

My girl friend and I took a Saturday tour and we had Chiara as our English speaking guide. The tour travelled via bus, train, and boat; and we were taken to Manarola, Monterosso, Vernazza, and Riomaggiore. The tour bus that transported the group from the initial meeting point in Florence to the train station was comfortable, spacious, and air conditioned. Chiara kindly explained the days itinerary on the way over, and introduced herself to each group member individually while checking off names. She did great at ensuring that everyone knew exactly how much time we had to explore each town, where was the meeting point in each town, what train stop to get off on and how to get there, and exactly what time to meet back. For someone who had never been to Cinque Terre and wasn't sure what to do, this tour is great for someone who is ok with not having an abundance of time, and is unsure as to how to entertain themselves; as well as getting a taste of each of the major towns.

Beautiful scenery and good vibes! Our guide Elisabetta was very assertive and energetic! It was hard choosing which place to eat and which to explore the towns and beaches (I would recommend choosing to wait for the last stop for food, so you can have a less expensive fish and chips option.) Also, we were tempted to just buy the cheaper package, but glad we chose the one that included all the train rides for the convenience of not having to find all the stops and platforms on our own. Because of possible bad weather, there were no boat rides, but the views from the villages were magnificent enough without them.

Elisabeth was our guide to Cinqueterra from Florence and performed admirably throughout the whole day. Managing 72 guests is not an easy task but she was able to ensure that all activities were conducted to schedule.
I certainly appreciated her balanced approach - not speaking all the time and not speaking too little. It was quite refreshing especially as the tour lasted some 12 hours.

We enjoyed the day trip and the view were amazing. Sometimes we got delayed due to train delays so didn't always have enough time in each city. The swim in the sea was wonderful and I highly recommend it (bring water shoes as it is very rocky). You are basically paying for the transportation to each destination and then are there to explore each city on your own. It was also very crowded.

Day started disorganised, first 7 or so names on the list not present. No toilet or water on the coach for a 7am start. No communication on how long the ride would take and where we would be going first, we were just told to be on time to meeting points or they would leave without us. Arriving at the first stop we were told to look out for pick pockets and ferried straight onto a train. Once we got off we had 45 minutes at first location which was just enough time to find a toilet and have a coffee then back to train station. The guide didn't check for whether people were with him, so we had to keep up, there was zero information given about the town's we were in so it wasn't a guided tour, it was just herding cattle from one place to the next. Second stop even less time before we had to get the next train so no time for a swim as advertised, just an ice cream and back to the platform. 3rd stop lunch was included, pretty average but wine was nice, then 40 minutes until the boat ride which lasts 15 minutes and has about 400 people on it. Final location we had the longedt time, but there is nothing to do, one small strip then the train station. A complete waste of a day, I'd recommended getting the train from Florence for €22 and making your way at your own pace. Incredibly dissatisfied.

Our guides Marta and Eslava made this trip so amazing (and our driver Borris)! They made us feel like family and were so knowledgeable about everything we were doing. The trip itself was absolutely beautiful, you get the chance to see the best of Cinque Terre! Although you have guides on the trip that will recommend things to do, it’s really nice having a good amount of free time at each location to allow for picture taking, time to get food, swimming, and really anything else you want to do. Navigating Cinque Terre while not being familiar with it would be confusing and difficult and they make it so easy and enjoyable! Definitely get the option that includes all the transportation with the boat and trains. It will make your life so much easier and way less stressful! Definitely try and get Marta Eslava and Borris if you can!

We were met by Stefane at 8 and from then he was very knowlegable and attentive. The boat trip was fantastic. It is 2.5 hrs travel to the first village so be prepared for the drive. Stefane was great, his knowledge of the region and Italy in general was fantastic. The 2019 mercedes 8 seater was very comfortable and Stefane was the most competant driver I could imagine for such a treacherous journey over the mountains.
The experience was a little different than I expected as all the villages were crowded, so be ready for that - but plenty of restaurants to eat when needed.
ALL said I think the money was good value for the personal attention we received.
JUST DO IT Well worth the views and Stephan's excellant driving and knowledge,

had a great day out today but was disappointed overall with the organisation of the trip.
early start which was great .. 7am
one tour guide at the start managing 80 people , coach ride, then trains and boat to 5 small fishing villages all close by.
with a small . almost child like meal in proportion.
the tour guide was a great guy ,and he had a helper that met him later on the trip. sadly people were left in different places and he never did enough to make sure he had all people in correct place until it went wrong .. meal was lovely but so small
and i mean small ….the trip tries to take on too much and fails big time .. your lucky to get a coffee i some places..,£250 per couple ..not good

I did the cinque terre tour with Guide Roberto and Anna with bus transfer to and from Florence.
The meeting point is a bit out way, solid 10 minute walk from the SMN station but can be reached via taxi from your hotel, cost me around 10 euro one way. We were taken to La spezia " the main station" by 2 hour bus rise.

The Scenic beauty of cinque terre is unparalleled and if you want to enjoy these views within 12 hours, then this tour is perfect. We did not do one of the towns out of 5, as explained by the Guide this town was not easily accessible. We also did not do the boat ride despite good weather.
We spent around 2 hours in Montresso , longest than any other. The shortest was in Riomaggiore - just 45 minutes. The transfer between towns is by 2-7 min train.

I definitely would have liked to explore these areas more but given the time frame it was a good beginner's experience. I did not book lunch with the tour and found no problem finding quick snacks ( there wasn't time for much).

Roberto , spoke English and was very helpful and cheerful unlike many other tour guides particularly after a long day. He was helpful with any queries and ready to share his experiences. Anna was also quite amenable.

A beautiful place and definitely worth visiting.
Bus journey was fine and the tour guide Sebastian was great, however the trains were all overcrowded. This made it difficult to locate the guide who often ended up on a different train as the services were only minutes apart.
Also all of our transfers between the towns were by train and it was really disappointing not to have the advertised boat trip. This was cancelled on the day after the tour had started, allegedly due to weather conditions although other boat trips were operating. I would recommend the tour but don’t hold out for the boat element 😢
