Worst place ever! There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere. And they don’t offer to help very dusty and musty. It’s disgusting.

Do not book accomodation with this company. Dozens of reviews warn of the dreadful experience they had we should have listened. We had two separate apartments cancelled the last three days before we travelled. It is impossible to make contact with the company they do not respond to emails or answer their phone. We ended up making a last minute booking with another company. I cannot understand why air b&b do not block this company from advertising on their site. Please no not book through them read all the other reviews first.

We stayed in apartment ViviBoccadasse Primula in Genoa. This agency is a scam!! Horrible, dirty and broken apartment in Boccadasse. Not at all like advertised on Booking.com. Customer service non existent. The walls were literally full of food and human disposables, three out of five beds were broken, the sofa and fridge were broken, the floor was sticky. After we complained they sent a cleaning team while we were not there without warning with all our valuable belongings there!! They could have told us and respect our intimacy. We were there with our three kids in this disgusting situation. The doors don’t open and close properly, my daughter got locked in the bedroom. There was so much wrong that we decided to leave right away and we didn’t get any compensation, not even understanding from this agency while we paid a lot for something that was really far from what they offer on booking.com. They just ghosted us and don’t answer our calls and literally blocked our messages and mails. One big scam!

The crew members were friendly, polite, and considerate throughout our journey. All the arrangements and timings went smoothly, and we enjoyed a truly peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

A great experience with a fantastic guide. Taught us about the mission of their wine company and then took us on an incredible tour of the factory, finishing with the most amazing selection of wines to taste. They even have a shop at the end where you can bottles to take home!

Marco is a wonderful host, he took us to the vineyard and then showed and explained all stages of wine production. His wine is organic and the wine tasting is accompanied by a variety of food mostly sourced from Marco’s garden or nearby farmers. We had a lovely time drinking wine, enjoying the food and chatting to Marco. A very pleasant experience

The old anatomy theatre is an absolute must see location Amazing history and beautiful carvings It’s good to see the beautiful ceiling frescos in the university too

We loved our visit to the vineyard, Marco was an amazing host & gave us a great tour & insight into the winery's history which has been in his family for generations. The wine was lovely as was our lunch which was prepared by Marco’s wife from produce grown in their garden and cheeses & meats from other local farmers/producers. It was a lovely way to spend a relaxing couple of hours in a beautiful area!

A very pleasant and informative visit. We really enjoyed learning about the vinification of and tasting the grapes of the Vallee d'Itria. Marco was a great host, educational and entertaining. It was lovely to spend a few hours off the beaten track in a beautiful setting.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Wonderful Italy. We booked a home in Rapallo over a month ago, paying in full with our company's credit card. On the day of check-in, we provided the local representative with our company information to receive the correct invoice. However, we received an incorrect invoice. Despite multiple email requests to have it corrected, we received no response. Today, I called the call center to resolve the issue and encountered the most shocking customer service experience ever. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and completely unhelpful. She repeatedly refused to assist me and ultimately hung up the phone without resolving anything. This is a significant legal matter that Wonderful Italy must address. Their refusal to provide the correct invoice is unacceptable, and I will be taking further steps to report them to the Guardia di Finanza. Avoid Wonderful Italy at all costs if you value decent customer service and proper handling of important legal documents.

Boat was fabulous and our captain was friendly, safe, and cared about what we wanted. He made our experience fantastic and even provided snacks and wine. Would highly recommend this trip!!

Loved it! The bike is easy and you get to cover so much more area than walking. We had a small group and our guide was lovely and knowledgeable.

We booked wine tasting for a fiends 60th birthday it was absolutely amazing far better than we imagined for the little it cost. Tour was fantastic and loved the wine, the food was cooked by his wife which wasn’t expected to be so much and lovely . Well worth a visit

We had a fabulous visit at the Clarabella Franciacorta winery. We booked the tasting only and arrived a bit early. Our guide offered to take us on a tour of the facility on our own b/c the rest of the group were all Italian speaking. I wish I could remember his name - so fantastic! We particularly liked that he shared that their small winery has a program to hire mentally handicapped persons, to give them job experience and a purpose. ❤️ On top of all this the wine was also delicious. We would recommend booking here.
