    Simply delicious.
We got more than we bargained for with this amazing cooking class. The English translator, Lorenzo, made our trip very memorable. The pasta alla norma was not the only tasty dish. The meatballs were unexpectedly moist, and very saucy. Would highly recommend for a good time!

    A perfect cooking experience!
This was the best cooking class we've ever visited! The food was so tasty, much better then the food you get in the restaurants! The recipies you learn are not so complicated, so you receive a menu you are able to cook at home afterwards, so you have a lasting souvenir from sicily. Also the mamma is really lovely and kind and our translator, Lorenzo translated us everything with fun and joy, so we had a great time! We can warmly recommend this to everyone who love cooking, food and are interested in a real sicilian experience - grazie mille!

Great fun - either for can’t cook or cook a lot
It was great - a small group of 5 so lots of attention. I was on my own and it worked really well for me. I cook a lot but I learned so many better ways of doing things! Meatballs will never be the same again. Having a translator present is really handy although you could get by without one but really useful for asking questions.A full on hands on 3 hours culminating in eating your own results with a glass of wine.

    Lunch in Palermo
My wife and I had a fabulous experience with Chef Irene and Lorenzo spending the afternoon making Pasta, Meatballs , and Dessert from scratch. Both were attentive and fun as they cooked their way into our hearts. Meraviglioso !!!

    Do this class!
Mamma Corleone is the best! She walked us through fish in marinara, a shrimp pesto pasta, and cannoli, and everything turned out amazing. I had no idea I could cook something so tasty, and she helped make it easy. She's charming and funny, and our translator Sophie was phenomenal!! 10/10 would recommend.

    Homely and Sicilian
Very welcoming and homely feel. Simple meals but very tasty and typical Sicilian dishes. I was the only one there so it was like a personal experience just for me. Lorenzo the translator was also very friendly and easy to chat with in between the cooking.

    Great time and teen-friendly!
We had a great time. My teenage daughter and I learned a lot about cooking. We appreciated that our chef made one of the dishes gluten free so we could take back to other family members. If you have any food allergies, be sure to tell them ahead of time.

    Palermo essential
Unforgettable experience. We were hosted by Flavia who was so chill and also passionate about her food. She went the extra mile to accommodate us - we'd chosen the octopus salad, which happened to be unavailable in markets due to the heat wave. Nonetheless she called around and managed to secure an octopus for us, and it tasted FANTASTIC. The 4 hours pass by so quickly. Definitely recommended for anyone spending a few days in Palermo. Thank you so much Flavia.

One of the most enjoyable things we did in Italy
We had a great time. It ended up just being the two of us and the food was so good I couldn't believe I made it. Never buying store bought pasta again! Grazie mama!

    Fantastic experience
Our family of 4 adults loved this pasta making class. Flavia and her translator instructed us how to make a typical 3 course Sicilian meal of pasta a la Norma with an aubergine and tomato sauce with ricotta cheese, meatballs and a pistachio dessert. It was a great sense of achievement making the pasta from scratch. Both women were very helpful and guided us , even helping out with the rolling out of the pasta which proved to be a tough job. It was nice to sit down to eat the dinner that we had made with a glass of wine and discuss our experience with the other participants. All in all, a fun time !

Best cooking class ever. Learned how to cook Panelle, Arancini, and watermelon jelly. So much fun and felt like family. Food was delicious and I was amazed I could actually make it. Easy to follow recipe/directions an experience you must do Palermo. We could stay there all day and cook. This is a must do experience.

We were fortunate enough to be the only couple in the class today. Momma and Federica helped us prepare, cook, and eat a meal of panelle, arancini, and orange jelly for dessert. Since my wife is also Italian, they shared many experiences together, and we left with knowledge, full stomachs, and happy hearts. This was truly the best experience we could have had for our first day in Palermo! Highly recommend this experience!

Great way to spend our morning. Teacher was knowledgeable and easy going. Both Maria and her assistant Gina were lovely and patient. We cooked cod in a delicious tomato based sauce, pasta with shrimp pesto and of course, cannoli! ( who knew we could make our own cannolis!!!)

5 people, 3 languages, 100% fun!
We made 3 dishes. Each had a station and cooked their own. It was like dinner and a show. Would do it again for sure.
