Dear Mrs. Allison, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience you have been warned. Let's say that we always suggest our dear customers to book a day in advance because by booking on the same day (30 minutes just before departure), there is the possibility of not being satisfied in your request and that's the reason why we also invited her to postpone. But of course we gave precedence to those who had already booked days before. As you may have noticed we are the only company that makes the Etna departure in the late morning, so she could not have gone to the volcano regardless, considering that she was not organized in advance.
