We rented two city bikes and cycled round the bay from Siracusa. We swam at Spiaggia del Minareto which was idyllic. Francesco made sure we had Google Maps set up for where we were going and put his phone number in our phones in case of problems- there weren’t any- bikes were great. We had considered going the day before but Francesco advised against it due to the approaching rain- he was right to do so as we had a proper deluge just a few minutes after leaving the shop,

I am beyond disappointed with Siracusa Tour Bike and Viator. We arrived for our bike tour on Monday morning 11/27/23 only to be told that our guide was home sick with a fever and our tour was cancelled. We were not given any notice nor were we contacted by them prior to us showing up and they are keeping our full payment. The worst part of the situation is that they are denying that they cancelled our trip and telling Viator that it was us that did not show up for the tour. Viator is taking their word and to this day have refused to refund our payment. We have used Viator for many years from Europe to South America to Japan and have recommended them numerous times to other travelers. We feel completely ripped off by both Siracusa Tour Bike and Viator for not believing us (4 adults). We did show up, Siracuse Tour Bike cancelled on us and are keeping our money. Do the right thing and refund our payment!

We hired four e-bikes from Francesco, who was super relaxed, friendly and helpful. He even rounded down the hours we hired the bikes for. The bikes worked well and had plenty of battery and were good value: 88 euros in total for four bikes for five hours.

Francesco was incredibly helpful and flexible to what we needed. We hired e-bikes, which can vary enormously in quality and these were all great. Powerful and had a 50km range. We also had a hitch at the end that really inconvenienced Francesco but he was generous and very relaxed about it ( which made a stressful situation much easier!) One of the nicest and ‘can do’ people we met while in sicily.

We hired 2 ebikes independently to ride to Fontane Bianche beach (40kms round trip) which was recommended. Francesco charming and v helpful… Highly recommended for your cycling needs.

We rented bikes (road bikes) for 6 days. Francesco provides excellent services and knows his bikes. We would stop in to his shop and he readjusted bike components when we needed, helped us with cycling routes and is very knowledgeable.

Very kind and helpful owner, sightseeing Siracuse on this bikes was a pleasure. Worth checking if you want to go to the beach nearby.

We've rented two city bikes for 24h from Francesco to explore the city. He and his wife are extremely kind, lovely and with such great sense of humor, with all the instructions for the bikes that suit you most, and even for where to visit. The price are cheap and the bikes are in great condition, really suitable for travel from and to Isola di Ortigia when there’re no direct buses, and also to the surrounding attractions such as the Spiaggia di Arenella that he recommended. We had such a great time! Highly recommended for everyone!

We've rented two electric bikes from Francesco to explore the city. He's super kind, the prices are cheap and the bikes are in perfect condition, they are super comfortable and very reliable. We had a great time and Francesco's friendly attitude was a huge bonus. He put a smile on our faces. Highly recommended for everyone, without a doubt this is the best way to explore the city.

We rent two e-bikes and took the day off to a beach nearby. Francesco proved a couple of great tips, and the day ended up being great. In between, we did some sightseeing by bike of Siracusa. Definitely recommend this bike rental. Transparent prices.

When we arrived in Siracussa we walked straight to the bike rental, where we met Francesco the owner of Siracussa tour bike. One of the nicest people we met here! With great enthusiasm he prepared two city bikes for us which we rented for a whole week :) Half past our rental period one of the bikes had a flat tire, in no time Francesco switched our bike and we where back on the road. I highly recommend Siracussa tour bike!

We rent two E-Biked with chargers for two days to explore Syracuse and the area around. Both the explanation of the bikes and the area with gorgeous tipps about beaches and viewing spots were outstanding. The owner Francesco is a lovely and caring guy who treats his costumers with respect and dignity.

We took 2 bikes for me and my fiance it was so good, and francesco was a very nice and kind person, and always available, he even gave us a lot of informations about places to visit around ortigia and siracusa, very good experience I will be back for sure!!
