Bikes are in good condition, the women at the counter had already prepared everything perfectly and was extremely friendly. Returning the bikes was also very straightforward. The store is highly recommended! The sights are easy to explore by bike in just a few hours.

Me and my friend made a bycycle tour from Palermo to 'Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro' and the bikes where perfect to cycle for the longdistance and we got well equiped with 'ortlieb' cyclingbags. The staff was also super friendly and flexibel with the hours of bringing the bikes back. Thanks for everything, we loved to explore sicily on the bike.

The trip was exciting and our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He also created space for us when we were in traffic and looked out for cars. The views were spectacular as well.

During my stay in Palermo I wanted to rent a road carbon bike to visit Corleone and I was lucky to bump in to Sergio because of his profesionalism and sympathy. I found there a great choice of bikes for rent and I was happy to find a size S which is hard to find, the bike was in a great condition, got all the gear there and Cannondale was perfect for climbing the hilly route. Also, the owner made a route with me according my wishing destination choosing the roads with less traffic and gave me tips on what to visit on a way. The price for the rent was reasonable and didn't need to give a deposit.

Great experience with Sergio. Responsive on email and WhatsApp from first booking two bikes in the right size over email from the US (we went for gravel bikes considering the roads) to late night adjustments to the routes I had picked out ahead of time. Always on time, good English communications, happy to swap our saddles and pedals on the bikes. Bikes were Al gravel bikes with 40mm tires and Shimano GRX. Ran dead silent, great disc brakes. He knows every road and gravel track in the area so we ended up on some really pretty and quiet segments on our 40-50M rides. Riding in the city itself is a real adventure. Very attentive drivers but boy 😀, it's chaos.

I had a fantastic experience renting a gravel bike for my solo Sicily Divide trip from Sicicla agency. I visited the agency a day before my journey began to check the bike. They were friendly enough to provide duffle bags so I could pack everything and be ready the next morning. My extra luggage was stored at their shop during my ride. Sergio ensured I had all the necessary equipment and offered a couple of friendly and practical suggestions for the trip. Since I didn't have a credit card, I left my passport as a guarantee, which was very convenient. Traveling alone for the first time, I was initially a bit worried, but having contact with someone who understood my plans made me feel much more at ease. Luckily, I didn't need to contact anyone as everything went smoothly without any flat tires or other issues along the way. Treat yourself to a lovely Sicilian jersey available at their shop. Very easy to get in touch with, and hazzlefree rental. I even got a proposal for a route, created on site and exported as a gpx-file for my bike computer. Wouldn't have been able to find those roads without the support. Tried a road and a gravel bike. Both were in excellent mechanical state. The roads in Palermo are rough though, but a lot better when you get out in the countryside.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Sergio was the ultimate tour guide!!! I was having a really hard day biking on our tour and Sergio was so patient, calm and very protective of me as I tried to navigate heavy traffic. I bent the handle bars on his bike and he just calmly fixed the problem. The sweetest man possible🙏. Thank you Sergio for putting up with my novice biking skills with such patience and care🙏🩷

I needed a city bike on short notice and Sergio accommodated me that day. The bike was in good shape and worked very well. The price was excellent, especially considering that the lock, helmet and quick repair kit were included. The helmet was clean and in good functioning condition and the lock was a decent u-lock. I had zero malfunctions in the 35km I rode over 2 days. I will definitely return here for my next rental in Palermo.

Bike was the same in the ad picture. Very nice, comfortable, and fast bike with great disc brakes. Service at the shop was great with very friendly staff. Great for getting around town or to top of Mt Pelegríno. Highly recommend this company and biking around Palermo.

We highly recommend this rental service, we rented e-bikes for 24 hours, zipped around Palermo then off to the beach in Mondello. The bikes operated perfectly. Francesco was fantastic, friendly, funny and informative. He was very accommodating, interrupted his day with his dog to meet us for the return.
