Wonderful guides and fantastic tour even though the weather was not great with no views of the coast but Etna was visible and the volcano smoking and rumbling. The trekking was great and not to difficult for us seniors. Alacantra Gorge rock formations were amazing.

We had the tour in English. Daria was our driver and tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm. We had a lovely time hiking with her in Mt Etna. It was just unfortunate that we didn’t enjoy the view because it was very cloudy. We had a good time on wine and honey tasting experience too. We had been to Taormina before but my husband and i still enjoyed the walk there despite the rain. Daria also made a very good restaurant recommendation. Would definitely book this trip again when the weather is better.

Collected from our hotel, chauffeured to Mt Etna and a guided tour around the craters and lava cave. The knowledge of these 2 ladies was incredible with detailed explanations to any questions asked. Even a local product tasting included after the crater tour. We decided at the last minute to take the excursion rather than go alone and so glad we did. Thoroughly recommend this trip. Taormina is a beautiful town overlooking the sea. There are many, many shops, restaurants etc and it is great for just walking around. You can go for an hour or half a day, either way, it is really worthwhile and relaxing.

Our Mt. Etna and Taormina Village Full-Day Tour with Etna Tribe was an amazing experience, thanks to our fantastic guide and driver, Nando. From the start, Nando’s friendly nature, deep knowledge, and passion for Sicily made the tour special. He shared fascinating insights about Mt. Etna’s history and geology, making the visit much more than just sightseeing. We had plenty of time to explore the craters, enjoy stunning views, and even taste local honey and wines. In Taormina, he gave great tips on must-see spots like the Greek Theatre and the best places to eat. His recommendations were spot-on, and the town itself was absolutely beautiful. What made this tour truly special was Nando’s genuine care and enthusiasm. He kept the group engaged, made sure everyone was comfortable, and shared fun local stories along the way. Beware scam company with highly unethical refund policy and no customer support! Any good reviews they have is surely just due to Italy being awesome. But this company is a heartless impersonal racket for taking your money. I contacted them directly and immediately four times and they did not respond at all and then coldly tried to accuse me of being a “no show”, to justify keeping money for service not delivered. Very impersonal, as if it’s outsourced. I have since found much more sincere your company’s that have integrity. Save your dignity and book elsewhere.

We did the Mt Etna and Taormina tour, and it was a real delight. Our guide for the day, Enzo, was a truly fun and friendly guy, with tons of stories about Etna, Taormina, Catania and Sicily in general. The views from Etna rather spectacular, and despite the windy and cold weather, was an experience we won't forget. After that, a quick pit-stop at a honey museum with various tasty honey related treats, before heading of to certainly one of the gems of Sicily: Taormina. A charming village with exquisite views of the Sicilian coastline, tons of history and food to die for. The only downside was that one day didn't feel quite enough, as the time flew with all the fun and everything to see. Highly recommended!

Peppe was informative and wanted us to get the most from our experience. This was much appreciated as fog and rain on the ground level could have made it a dull day. Happily the cable car was operational and we had a great time getting to the top especially as Etna was erupting whilst there.

This excursion was our favorite part of our visit to Catania! Angelo was the best! Due to weather, we could not go up the gondola on Mt Etna, but we still had so much fun visiting the craters, sampling honey, and sightseeing. And Taormina was so beautiful. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful setting inside a wine cave in a very popular restaurant. Delicious wines and pairings of local specialties.

We had an excellent experience with Andrea, who was a knowledgeable and personable guide. The tour was worth every penny. We learned a lot not only about the places we went to visit, but also about Sicily, and Sicilian customs. We never felt rushed. There were lots of laughs. Simply a fun and memorable day. Thank you Andrea for feeling like spending time with a friend. Highly recommended.

Nando was a very experienced guide and was very nice to get along with. He explained everything in detail and made sure we were safe the whole time. This tour is definitely worth the money and is a once in a lifetime experience which everyone should do at least once when visiting Catania. Thank you Nando for making this a great experience!!

The weather wasn’t great and was snowy and icy which caused some other trips to be cancelled. The cable car was not open due to the weather but our guide Guiseppe helped us organise a quad bike tour which was really fun and I would recommend. It was very well organised. The wine tasting was excellent with 4 wines tasted and olive oil. We were provided with lots of great tasting food so go hungry. We bought lots of wine and oil but there was no pressure to buy Guiseppe was fun and really knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions and give recommendations of places to eat and places to visit Thank you Guiseppe you were amazing!

It was very expensive for what they really do; they just pick you up and leave you there. The guide/driver did a good job; it tells you a lot of things and facts during the trip and explains all you need to do if you want to explore more by yourself. If you want to really experience the Etna, you need to pay a lot for the rest. Also, they include a visit to a place just in time for lunch, so you don't have a choice and just buy your food there. Also, they offer all their local products here, so it could be convenient, but don't let you explore other options; I will call this a classic tourist trap. This could be fine if the price would've been cheaper.

The pick up location and timing was exactly as stated. It ended up being only my husband and I so it was like private tour. We chose to do the hike around the mountain instead of the ATV or cable car. Our guide gave us lots of information about the mountain and the history. I felt the wine tasting was a bit rushed. We loved the wine and food but if you really want to appreciate it I think a separate tour would be better- if you have the time.
