A little miss leading with how much time is spent on a bus! Total time on the train is only 2,5 hours with only 1.5 hours at St. Moritz. No bathroom or refreshment on the bus which is a long time!! Very disappointing as a whole.

Really nice lake, nothing to say about it, but taxis are a rip off, and takes ages to get one. Food choice is good and below par. should introduce uber here..

We were 4 danes on the trip and it was very Nice. We had Monica as a guide and she was a stunning guide with a lot of personality. She was good at explaining where to go so it was easy to navigate at Saint moritz.

Rude staff. We were under Such a heavy rain and they did not even care. Staff not prepared to deal with tourists.

Worth the money. Yes! It is an all-day trip. We were picked up at our hotel at 6 AM. Yes! You are on a bus from Milan to St Moritz. Then you spend some time walking around and having lunch. You have to stop at the chocolate store on the way into town. They open at noon. After that, you are taken to the train. The views on the train trip back to Italy are magnificent. Our English-speaking tour guide, Andrea, was very good at his job. At the end of the train ride, you are escorted back to the bus for the trip back to Milan. You must carry your passport to get into Switzerland, although no one at the border asked. They do not return you to your hotel. You must find a taxi. It was a wonderful day.

Amazing views and great guide. The bus drive was a bit tiring, but the route was great, passed through Lake Como and many vinyards.

Such an awesome day! Definitely great value for the price. Plenty of time to explore each stop on your own. Guide was very knowledgeable and provided clear instruction throughout the day. Certainly was a full day as we left at 8:30am and returned at 7:30 pm. However, it was very well worth the time spent.

Communication was good, received whatsap message day before about a slight change to pickup. The coach comes from Milan and picked us up near the main train station at Bergamo.On time at 07:45. About an hour and 10mins to beautiful Verona. Guided walking tour for over an hour. Guide was good and interesting, particularly the Juliet balcony stories. Verona exceeded expectations, vibrant, interesting and beautiful. Colosseum tour at end was informative and you get to skip the large queue to get in. 2 hours to yourself in Verona, then an hour or so to Sirmione on Lake Guarda. This place is so nice and would have liked longer than the 2hours. We chose an additional boat ride for 10e per person, 30 mins around the area of Lake Garda, this was chilled and recommended. We just wandered around the beautiful town and stopped for a beer and icecream (local specialty) , you can pay to go around the castle and roman holiday villa ruins. The tour was really enjoyable and the guides were friendly and efficient. Dropped back in Bergamo about 6:15 pm Recommended.

We did the trip to Lake Como independently, not on a tour. We bought the Milan-Como train ticket, without any difficulty. We accessed Como from the terminal on foot, and it was very pleasant. We didn't have a ticket for the ferry that goes from Como to Bellagio, and we waited in line for about an hour, but we made it. That trip lasted almost two hours, since the ferry makes stops in other towns, so it is important to consider that time, if you use the ferry. The lake is beautiful. The villa of Bellagio very picturesque. We really enjoyed the trip.

We went to Cinque Terre on the 15/09/2023, wich is a beautiful place and quite enjoyable to visit to do, but we had started our trip in a horrible vibe. It was raining a lot, I mean HEAVY rain, and we arrived as requested at 6:30 in the morning, however they were not letting people get inside the bus, as they wanted to be calling people's names to have people entering in order on the bus. What kind of company does this? We were left on a lashing rain and we could not hear anything they were shouting from inside the bus (of course) - we all ended up waiting 15 minutes, getting completely soaked. The company has ignored the elderly, the people with mobility disadvantages, and all the other clients. Well, eventually we all entered the bus, and the tour guide started a speech about how we were being impolite (repeating that many times), he shout out bad language, cursing in Italian and completed saying that we were doing a drama because of 2 drops of rain. Honestly, I am still shocked because it was bizarre. There was a commotion inside the bus and the tour guide threatened one or two of the other clients. His behavior was so unprofessional in so many ways that I almost regretted to buy my family tickets to visit the Suisse Alpes to the next day. Fortunately, in our trip to Suisse our tour guide was a very nice lady and everything went well. Probably this gentlemen has no emotional conditions to be guiding tours, as he has no respect to people, and he has no consideration regarding particular situations. I was for 10h with my feet soacked, my family was shoed trying to process what happened and this was very unpleasant to say the least.
