Overview
Get your hands dirty by learning how to prepare and cook an amazing Italian meal in Verona. Led by an Italian chef, this 4-hour class takes place at a gorgeous new venue in the center of Verona. Make some Italian edible delights from scratch with fresh seasonal ingredients and then, once the meal is done, sit down and indulge in this amazing meal, complemented with some nice Italian wine. When you're done, take the recipes with you so you can recreate the meal at home. Participants are limited to just 12, ensuring you'll receive plenty of personal attention from the chef.
What to Expect
Head to the meeting place where you'll meet your chef-instructor for the day. Then stroll over to the cooking and eating venue for this 4-hour cooking and eating extravaganza. The cooking school is set in the centre of Verona and is the perfect venue in which to craft a delicious Italian meal.

Listen as the instructor starts with the basics of Italian cuisine and emphasizes its simple yet elegant flavor profiles. The simplicity of the cuisine lets the ingredients speak for themselves. During the course of the instructional segment of day, make a plethora of delicious dishes that include tomato-toppped bruschetta and pasta delights. Finish off with classic Italian sweets such as tiramisu, a sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee and layered with cocoa and sweet mascarpone cheese. Everything is made from scratch, and your passionate chef will help you every step of the way.

When the meal has been made, pull up a chair at the table and tuck into the food you just helped create. Drink a couple of glasses of wine and savor the Italian goodness. At the end of the class you’ll be given a booklet with the day's recipes, so you can recreate this Italian meal at home for family and friends.
