Chiara was amazing! She met us right in the lobby of our hotel, had arranged for a water taxi to the Venier Factory in Murano, lunch in Madellena, and a tour of Burano. She knew many of the locals and insured that we were very well received everywhere we went. She was patent while we shopped but an expert on all products. Chiara is from Venice and shared her passion as well as her knowledge throughout the day. We learned so much about the history, the culture and the customs of both the old and new Venicians. I would recommend anyone in Venice use Chiara for this area and also all around Italy. You will enjoy your tour as well as make a wonderful new friend!

Our 40th wedding anniversary trip this month to Venice was phenomenal, largely due to the itinerary and care that Chiara Ulian provided us! My husband wanted to surprise me with a unique and customized itinerary, so he worked closely with Chiara to arrange the most memorable trip! Every part of the trip was personalized and private. We went to a Prosecco winery, rented a Triumph for a day in the hills, personal tour of Padova with its markets and historical buildings, a romantic gondola ride with our own champagne, private wine tasting at a winery with the most beautiful views we’ve seen in the hills near Venice, and relaxing visits to Murano and Burano for glass and lace shopping. She made sure that my husband had some special memories of his own, so she set up a tour of the Beretta museum/factory which was a big hit with him! She checked all the boxes for the things we wanted to see and do and then some! We have previously visited Venice, Rome, Sorrento and Tuscany, but this trip was the best we have experienced! What an amazing trip! Chiara customized a tour for us with a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of great food, lovely wine, and unforgettable memories! Chiara designed a private yoga, Venetian tour for 15 woman that was absolutely amazing. We saw places in Venice and Padova that only a local could take us to and Chiara always went above and beyond to make sure we were “wowed” every day! Chiara was a wonderful guide and took us to the Venier factory where we were able to watch several glass artists at work in their hot shop. There was someone there to answer all our questions and explain each step. We were then given a tour of their showrooms with fabulous piece of art both traditional and modern. Again, all our questions about the artists and their techniques were explained. A fabulous tour!

I contacted Chiara about a month before our arrival in Italy and it was the best decision I ever made. We booked a trip to the Dolomites and Cortina and Chiara took care of everything to include transport/driver, lunch reservations, Dolomites guide and our water taxi back to the hotel. Chiara joined us on the day and it was like traveling with a friend. She is very personable and so knowledgeable about the area, food, wine and much more. The Dolomites tour was incredible, she helped us take pictures, took us to a beautiful lake so my son could swim and then stopped at the most authentic and delicious restaurant for lunch. We had 10 days in Italy and toured Rome, Florence, Venice as well as several smaller cities. Private van with wonderful drivers to all cities. Every detail was handled including hotel reservations, dinner reservations and wine tastings. All tours at major attractions were private with just our group and the tour guides were informative and accommodating. Tickets were purchased ahead of time so no waiting in line. Chiara was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted to see and visit and planned the perfect Italian vacation for our family.

Visited la Fornosotta di Gabriele Urban. Wonderful experience. Was an honor to see such a demonstration of glass blowing bu such a great artist. Once you ser Gabriele’s work you recognize his pieces around Murano, Burano, and Venice. His pieces can even be found in the Lourve museum shop.

My wife and I had a tremendous visit to the Valpolicella region of Italy with our guide Chiara where we visited beautiful wineries and tasted incredible wines. Chiara handled everything and our visits were as smooth as can be. All arrangements and interactions with the estates came off perfectly. I would highly recommend this organization and Chiara in particular. Would like to do it all over again!

We recently spent 3 days in Venice and had the pleasure of having Chiara as our private guide. She was excellent and professional and very knowledgeable of the city and many other things having to do with the area. Chiara was prompt and efficient and was very comfortable to be around. She took us to places that we would have never found without her assistance. She set up for private water taxis for us on several occasions and also a 30 minute gondola ride. We were introduced to Chiara by our small group tour guide to give us a local Tour of Padua, Italy. Chiara is a vibrant, friendly local guide that speaks perfect English. She is full of knowledge of the Veneto region. The following day we did a half day tour of Venice and Chiara is very knowledgeable of the city and took us to all the key places with our limited time. After that we did a winery tour with a stop at an olive oil producer. We were received by welcoming local owners that shared their crafts with us. We would definitely recommend Chiara!
