The palace itself was amazing, once we got in, but we had a disappointing start, as the bar coded ticket which was sent to me on the day of the visit was not correct, and it was only after searching that we finally found the tiny pdf link that had been sent a few days before, and had missed as it was very unclear and not highlighted at all in the email. Why were we sent a different ticket which was not accepted and which confused matters greatly at the museum? The museum staff were rather unhelpful.

The Palace was under limited renovation's at the front. The Palace was better then we expected once we walked to the end of the tour. The walk across the bridge of Sighs was high on wife's bucket list.

The last minute 'upgrade' that actually meant I had later entry time, followed by a delayed response from the tour operator, caused confusion + stress. I had to call the 24-hour line an hour and a half after first attempting the tour operator, and they continued to advise me throughout the call that I should contact the tour operator. They did try to help. However, they advised I had access to everything from 10.30 but the doge Palace from 12. As I came off the phone, I then received an email from the tour operator simply stating,'Please access 12 - 6'. I turned up at Doge Palace about 11.30, and I went in no problem. The experience of seeing Doge's Palace was amazing, and I did get to skip a little queue, but last-minute changes to my booking caused confusion and a lack of clarity, which added stress and frustration. I didn't even bother accessing anything other than the Palace after all of that as I felt too frustrated with the booking. It's not something I wanted to deal with whilst on my trip. I have attached a screenshot showing an email stating I should access 12-6, but it also shows I had booked it for 10.30. I only had one full day in Venice, and after that, I just wanted to forget the booking and enjoy the island.

The artworks, relics and prison were amazing. I suggest a little research before you go because that will make it more interesting.

Definitely get skip the line tickets - the queues looked ridiculously long, especially in the heat! With the tickets we were able to bypass all queues and walk right in.

Awful! This is a total scam. BEWARE!!!! I bought tickets for the Doges Palace and we couldn’t get in as they were not recognised as bonafide tickets. We then had to buy our own tickets- which were also cheaper- and are still awaiting a refund from Yo Tours who appear to be operating out of India. I’ve tried phoning, emailing and have also had an unharmonious WhatsApp conversation with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Skip the line was great. Although there wasn’t a massive queue, I just walked past the people’s hat were there and I was basically alone in there for about 10 mins.

Good tour overall. Walking guided part was great, but the appointed tour operator did seems a bit disjointed! A bit more co-ordiantion between 'Tripadvisor' and the operator is in order here. The entrance to the Basilica is just a basic admission ticket ... you need to pay a significant extra amount at the Basilica to access the 2 other attractions within!! Godola ride was highlight - well co-ordinated and great staff. You do have to share it with 2/3 other people though ..

Was not the entry time we wanted or purchased. And we had to wait in line. Would have been far cheaper to buy directly at venue. Plus no audio guides, they were sold out, which is why we wanted earlier tickets 😣

BEWARE. O stars. Beware this is a scam. We purchased skip the line tickets and when we arrived at museum in Italy they told us they did not work with this company and that tickets were not valid.we had to stand in line and repurchase tickets for 60 euros, after we were charged 90 by this company. This company is not legitimate. It is fraud. I am surprised Trip advisor does not vet its vendors and am never purchasing anything through trip advisor again.

Impossible to get in contact with them, horrible automatic speaker when calling the number of support. Nobody sent us the tickets prior to the visit. We had to call 3 times for someone to get in contact with us. And it was too expensive for the prices that we could buy there. When asked for a refund as we were already 30 min pst the time of the ticket visit they told us we could only refund 24h prior to the visit. The ticket was bought the same day so even if something went wrong there was nothing we could do. Very poor organization in general and horrible service, bad communication.

Excellent tour but not for the faint. Lots of steps up and down stairs. Overall from our B&B we walked over 5 miles and stood a lot while tour guide, Martina, who was excellent gave the history lessons. Well worth the time, but a long time standing.

A very nice guide, informative and friendly. Sorry that I have missed the gathering to burano island which was completely my own fault.

We did not get the QR-Code. So we had to buy new tikets. The helpline in India did not understand our problem.

Hopeless. Avoid. The pass I was emailed did not work and I couldn’t contact the company on the phone . I am seeking a refund
