Didn’t arrive, we paid, they vanished!!!Horrible, we waited for them to give us a sign for 2 hours, we called them, didn’t answer, messaged them, nothing, but out money were taken, almost 500€ down the drain! Never ever with this company, we will make a complaint at the police, thank you for nothing

The vendor never came and did not communicate to let us know he was not picking us up. Emailed me 11:45 pm to let me know address was not accurate - after 1 hr of texting while on train to destination, he dropped the texting and just didn't arrive.

This was one of our favorite parts of our week in Italy. Driver picked us up at the closest water taxi to our Airbnb and drove us all thru the canals and around the whole city of Venice. Got to see so many areas we would have otherwise missed. Magical experience for our family-

This review is a heads-up if you are returning a rental car to Treviso Airport. (TSF) There are no signs indicating where to return a rental car. (We rented elsewhere in Italy and were returning the car to Treviso) Finally I noticed a small grey box with a car in the lower right of a sign - and guessed that was it. I turned right towards a parking garage and then right again and saw the sign for Avis. It was a quick walk to the terminal.

This is a scam! We waited for them at the airport and nobody came to meet us. There was no receipt saying who was picking us up! We waited a half hour before calling a taxi which was CHEAPER!

I booked a transfer from Venice Marco Airport to Union Lido for 5 people. Antonio was very helpful and helped amend an error i made on my booking form. The transfer service was very easy and stress free. Antonio was very helpful and the car was very comfortable to travel in. I would highly recommend.

We've used Low Costs Limos now on several occasions - in fact each time we visit Mestre we book them. They've had a name change to Venice Black Car but the service and quality of their vehicles has not changed...EXCELLENT! Booked via e-mail from the UK and quick response from Antonino confirming the booking. Prices are more than reasonable especially given their quality late model Mercedes fleet, our car was amazing!! Their driver met us at Marco Polo airport on a rain sodden evening but had parked virtually outside the airport exit and under cover so we stayed perfectly dry. The driver was courteous and quite honestly you couldn't ask for a more professional company to whisk you from door to door. We'll be booking our return to the airport with them and can recommend them 100%. Thank you so much!

I was delighted to see my driver holding a sign with my name on it once I left the arrival area of the airport. He was prompt and professional. He quickly go all of my large pieces of luggage into his spacious van and whisked me to the taxi area by my hotel. He even helped me carry the large pieces over the bridges which are comprised of all stairs (your luggage will not roll over them). He was amazing and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

We enjoy visiting Mestre but not big fans of the airport - bus- train- bus tramping around with suitcases routine in order to save a few Euros. On our first trip we plumped for Low Cost Limos - service was brilliant. We've used them on every trip since - and service is as high as ever. Our driver , Antonino, was waiting for us, drove us to the apartment and was kind enough to hang around while we tried to contact the apartment owner - which kept him waiting another 10 minutes or so. I can't praise this company enough, they always get us off to the best start possible on our holidays and are equally brilliant when collecting us for the return to the airport. We wouldn't consider using any other limo company.

Professional driver and assistant with a nameboard waiting in arrivals area of VCE after our 18-hour trip was a welcome sight indeed. Limo was spotless, super comfortable, smelled heavenly and everything was taken care of for us. We arrived at Piazelle Roma, the last place vehicles can enter the city of Venice, walked down a few steps to the canal and our luxury teak and leather private water taxi and driver were waiting to whisk us off to the private dock of our hotel. Breathtaking way to enter this incredible city and feel like royalty. Be sure your hotel is on a canal with a water dock if you want door to door service. Venice has over 400 bridges, with steps!, and you don't want to be one of those tourists bouncing your bags up and down the steps, getting lost and frustrated. Choose this option for a short, memorable commute into the city from the airport at a cost much less than a private water taxi direct from the airport and much more comfortable than the packed Alilaguna public water bus (you might need to stand for well over an hour) which drops you off at set stations and you still need to schlepp your luggage up and down those bridges and find you way to hotel with many 'streets' unlabeled. THIS is the EASY BUTTON to start and end your trip to magical Venice!

We had to get to Lignano from Marco Polo Airport quickly after midnight on Friday and booked with Low Cost Limousines, best money ever spent! The company email you, check your flight status to see if you're early or delayed, await your arrival, ensure your comfortable in their well maintained vehicles and also offered to stop at services for a comfort break, offering refreshments. We had Simone, very polite and an excellent driver. This made our journey so easy and was the most reasonably priced transfer.. and I did my research! I would highly recommend this company, they were fantastic!

If you want a water taxi from the airport to your hotel don't go with this company! This is not the cost of wooden taxi from the airport into Venice by water but by normal taxi in then they will drop you 5 mins from your destination and a wooden boat that you could organise yourself will drive you like 2 mins. It is a total Rip off. They are con artists.

We've now visited Mestre 3 times in the last 20 months and on each ocassion we've used LowCostsLimousines for our transfers to and from the apartment we rent. Nothing is too much trouble for Achille and his team of highly professional drivers. Their vehicles are always immaculate and late models, drivers courteous and immaculately dressed. If you want to start your holiday the RIGHT way, rather than go hauling luggage around from airport to train to bus etc ect...... then LowCostsLimousines is a very much easier option and not at all expensive. For 3-4 people the costs would be comparable to taking public transport but with the benefit of being picked up at Arrivals and taken " door to door". No better way to start your holiday in a relaxed mode! Thanks again, Achiile and team!

I booked 4 transfers for 6 people and the service was just perfect. Communication was brilliant and fast - Achille delivers on his promises. The drivers are polite and timely and the vehicles are immaculate. We felt very well looked after and have no hesitation in recommending this company. The prices are very reasonable too considering that Venice is a very expensive city. Thank you for a great holiday to Venezia!!

We used LowCostsLimousines on our first trip to Venice in May 2015. Service was excellent, so we had no hesitation using them or our return visit. Am I pleased we did!! Despite booking them for 16.15 p.m. we had to contact LowCostsLimousines throughout the afternoon due to KLM continually postponing our flight. Nothing was too much for Achille and the team. So understanding and courteous despite us having to change ETA 4- 5 times. When we finally got to Marco Polo at just after 22.00 their driver was there waiting for us with a smile on his face. The personal touch and genuine friendliness of LowCostsLimousines was an absolute godsend to us after ' the day from hell '. Our stress levels were through the roof, if only KLM had the same level of client service and interests.... they could learn from Achille!! As I mentioned we used LowCostsLimousines on our first visit......and we were SO glad we chose them again. My wife and I wouldn't even think of using another limousine company. Immaculate cars, professional smiling staff ( even if our driver was a Newcastle United fan ;-) LOL ) and a desire to give absolute customer service make them the ONLY choice for us.
