What an amazing experience; we made beautiful memories ! First time in Venice for me and our gondola guide was wonderful; kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to follow! The actual gondola ride was so lovely; the gondoliers are masterful and made it really special. And the virtual 3D experience at the end was pretty cool!

Great tour guide funny and knows many Languages It’s an easy tour for old people we walked five minutes and then we went to the gondolas , gondola are for sharing

Views were amazing. Elizabeth was fantastic in getting us checked in and provided a great audio tour as we walked to gondola station

We based our schedule on the description of 30 minutes. The “commentary” was part of a 20 minute walk preceding the gondola which should have been noted. The description made it sound as though commentary would be on the gondola. We had to be back at the dock for a 3:30 ferry back to our cruise ship. In addition the description said it was in English but the guide conducted the tour in 2 languages making it take longer as she walked very slowly to say everything twice. She spoke very fast making it hard to understand her with her accent. The gondola ride was like an assembly line. Very crowded with no personality by the gondolier. We can say we did it but wouldn’t do it again. Not worth it we’re not relaxed due to fear of not making our transportation back to the ship. We had to run thru crowds and barely made it. If we’d been in poorer physical condition we would not have made it. Your ads need to be more specific so people know how to plan their time.
