Agency did good job with us being late. They communicated via WA and were very helpful. Many thanks for that again! Our guide was a little unexperienced, but very kind and really did his best to answer all the questions. Not a highlight of our trip, but I would recommend this experience as a short add on to the stay.

We recently visited Venice as part of a family vacation and book the street food tour as one of our experiences. It was so much fun. Our guide was Dennis (sorry if that is spelled wrong) and he was excellent. He was very friendly, a great storyteller, and very knowledgeable about the city and food. We visited 5 different locations and tried small appetizers at each. It was a great way to learn about some of the local cuisine, the history of the city, and get a walking tour from a local. We ended the trip with gelato which is always amazing. Definitely recommended for visitors to Venice.

Over all I had an excellent experience. The food we had was awesome, the choses were things I dont think I’d have tried other wise. This tour also had an historical element. Doing a deeper dive into the history of the Jewish ghettos truly enriched my understanding of Venice. Would totally recommend!!!

I came to Venice with my daughter and had 3 days fully booked with tours and things to do for us. We walked 25k in one day! When it was time to meet for this tour, we got our calendar mixed up and ended up at the other end of town by accident. I texted the tour guide and she went OUT OF HER way with positivity, telling us where to go and where to meet. We managed to meet them at the 1st food stop and sure enough got our samples to eat as well. This tour turned out to be out favorite one we took! Like I said the tour guide is awesome, so informative, knows so much history and took us to the best spots. Our group of people we were with were all so nice too , we got along easily and had a great time! I highly recommend this tour! Definitly worth the price and deserves a big tip ontop!

Such a great tour. Vanessa was the best, she is so knowledgable about the history of the ghetto. She speaks without a script, just sharing what she has learned through her studies. There is also plenty of great food and wine so come hungry. Vanessa also helped us with other information about Venice, we really appreciated the opportunity to talk with her.

Vanessa had clearly a great connection with all of our food establishments. She gave excellent background information on not just the food we sampled, but on Venetian history and culture. The food was amazing, gave me an opportunity to try things I might not have tried on my own, and was enough to make dinner unnecessary! Wear good walking shoes and be aware that there are many steps to cross canals on the journey, but the steps you will put in counteract the calories of the delicious cichetti. Vanessa was an amazing guide and we were so lucky to have her all to ourselves. This is a fascinating tour of the Jewish Ghetto and Cannaregio area with wonderful food! Vanessa is very well informed and answered all of our questions. It is an emotional place to visit and we learned a great deal about the area. The last stop for gelato quickly became our favorite gelato place in Venice!

The food tour of Venice was lovely. Neele, the host, was very friendly and knowledgeable.she was very approachable and happy to answer any questions that we had. The food stops we had were very interesting, and Neele was able to tell us the venues and Venice in an engaging manner.

It was a highlight of our trip to Venice! The tour guide was very nice and provided interesting pieces of history along our route. We visited 5 places where we were able to have small bites of venetian street food. It allowed us to try food we didn't know about and wouldn't think of ordering for ourselves. For anyone looking to book, it would be a good idea to book well in advanced for best prices.

Our guides personal knowledge of the city was the highlight of the tour, sharing this knowledge is worth the tour. The food choices are a bonus, however I would recommend a group booking or at least a couple, we booked as a couple joining a group and the others cancelled, so it was just us. Sorry it was a bit busy during Carnivale to take successful photos

We spent a wonderful evening with Vanessa exploring the many sights in and around the Jewish Ghetto. The evening tour is a great way to experience one of the most intesting places in Venice and enjoy great local food and wine in lovely places along the way. Vanessa is knowledgeable, entertaining, and very passionate about her beautiful city. I definitely recommend putting this tour in your itinerary!

This was an interesting and delicious way to spend an evening in Venice. Vanessa was knowledgable, funny, and a great host! The food was so good, and I was really excited that we stopped at Cantina di Mori, since I had heard about it already. Lovely evening!

A big thank you to Sylvia who was our tour guide. Be sure and ask for Sylvia as your tour guide because she is an art history major and also has been raised in Venice. So she knows both the art, the history, and just the local establishments in Venice. She took us to four restaurants. Be sure and do not eat lunch! This is a lot of food. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Could not of had a better time anywhere else in Venice.
