The private boat trip was excellent with a lot of information and the guide was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the glass work and the glass factory. After the visit in the glass factory we did a nice small tour on the island of Murano.

Fiorella was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide! She gave us so much information and time to look around in each room of the Doges Palace, the Segretti tour and St Marks Basilica! I highly recommend her!

The permanent collection is very interesting and there was a beautiful special exhibition. Very good and informative guide.

We went to Venice for a day trip. Fiorella picked up us at the train station and guided us to discover he city. After lunch we visited Murano and a glass factory. We discovered the history of the island how the master did the training, how the pieces are did. Thanks for the nice visit!

Fiordland had given my husband and I a lovely tour of Venice including Doge’s palace on our honeymoon in 2016. When I was planning our trip to Venice for the first time since I dug through my emails to find her contact info and emailed her. She quickly responded and we made plans to do a tour of the Biannale which she was so excited about saying it was her favorite tour to give. She is so knowledgeable and colorful as well as passionate. Despite the near heat wave like conditions I can’t say enough how enjoyable her tours are. Can’t wait to go back and check out some other sights. Not in the summer though…

We really enjoyed this visit to Venice. The guide was friendly, local and very knowledgable. After visiitng Venice we had a trip to Murano by private boat and enjoyed the visit of a Glass factory. It was not too long, but very interesting visit. Recommended .

You get a great overview of Murano, you see how the glass is made, and you get to tour the beautiful Islands of Murano. Our guide was knowledgeable, we had a great tour. Highly recommend.

Great experience for the first Biennale Venezia after the pandemic. Despite the title architecture there is a lot of art. Very informative guide, great experience!

Fiorella is an amazing, very knowledgeable guide! She took us to San Rocco, The Basilica, through the windy streets of Venice, and St Marks square. If you want to make the most of your time in Venice I highly recommend this very detailed your with Fiorella. She is a true professional and you will not be disappointed!

We had to cancel our trip to Italy and asked to Fiorella to organise for us another experience in Venice. She was our guide two years ago and was so nice to do a virtual tour from home just for us. She took a lot pictures of canaregio and the Jewish Ghetto and gave us a plenty of information. We really appreciate it! We were so glad to meet Fiorella again and talk a lot about Venice and Italy! It is the second time that Fiorella had guided our group of 10 people at the Biennale of Venise & exhibition at the Dogana for 2 days. She had made an excellent choice of the pavillons and artists to see for us, was always willing to adapt her program for the group. As usual time was too short to see everything. Looking forward to the next visit with Fiorella. :)
