Stefano was an amazing photo guide, and quickly became a friend. He was able to teach my granddaughter and me each appropriately to our level of skill. And, it was fun! We learned about Venice and saw some quiet out of the way parts of Venice. My granddaughter has continued to use two of the skills Stefano taught us, with great success. I highly recommend Stefano!

Stefano is passionate about two things, being a native Venetian and photography. This private tour was a pleasure. Part history lesson, photography class, and city guide. Stefano is funny, generous and friendly. By the end we felt we made a friend!

This was an excellent tour with Stefano. We walked for three hours in off the beaten path areas of Venice where you can really appreciate how quiet and beautiful this city is. We left this tour with the most amazing photos and new found knowledge on how to achieve the best photos.

It was a fantastic tour! Stefano is the best tour guide you can only imagine!!! Highly professional photographer, and very easy going! He immediately made us feel as his friends with whom he was sharing his nearly intimate knowledge and love for Venice. He taught us to see the beauty in the hidden corners of this magical city. And of course our pictures of Venice taken under the guidance of Stefano are our best pictures of Venice!!!

For a lucky decision, we booked this activity for the 1st day of our trip. And all tips from Stephano made our photos of the entire vacation much better. In my case, I've been an amatour photographer for the last 10 years. And I learned 2-3 tricks in one morning that otherwise I'd take many years to discover by myself. My wife was using a mobile phone and she loved all the tips from Stephano. And her skill improved exponentially. He was very professional, patient and generous for sharing several tips about composition, camera adjustments in challenging light conditions, hidden places and secret angles. And it was great to learn about everyday life through the eyes of a Venetian. Definitely I'm recommending Stephano to all my friends. 

The tour with Stefano was simply amazing! We met at seven in the morning and were together until shortly after 10. He showed us the best spots and gave us many tips for taking photos. He is a total pro with the camera, it was very impressive how he took a perfect picture in every corner. He was super nice and friendly, it was like being out with a friend. Our photos turned out really great too. I wholeheartedly recommend the tour with Stefano and would venture out with him again anytime. He also gave us a great tip for a nice place to have coffee after our walk. 🫶

They did not show up. I booked and paid months and months in advance and there was communication back and forth where they tried to get me to pay more and then they didn’t show up at all and did not reschedule or cancel. I had to walk 30 minutes to meet them and waited almost an hour and nothing. What a waste of vacation time and how rude to NEVER contact me before, during or after. Nothing. I had to prove to get my money back but I called right then and there with pictures of me being there. So rude and unprofessional.

Stephano was incredible. He was born in Venice and lived here most of his life. He knew all the hidden gems. He had great and easy suggestions to capture the best photos whether you take them on an iPhone or DSLR. His personal work of photographs has been featured in alll kinds of nationally recognized publications! Infectious personality that was delightful to be around.

This was our second time in Venice, so we had already seen the most common sights. We wanted to see a different part of Venice. My husband is an avid photographer, so a photo walk was perfect. We met with Stefano and he spent the morning showing us hidden parts of Venice and fabulous photo opportunities. The pictures we took were amazing, but we also enjoyed learning more about Venice from Stefano. Would definitely do again if we are back in Venice.

Did the half day photo tour of Venice, Burano and Torcello with Simone and it was amazing! I learned so much about perspective and editing in the frame and took some really great shots with him. But I was also able to use what I learned to improve my pics later. My mother was with us and while she leaves the photography to me, she still really enjoyed the tour. Definitely worth the price!! You won’t regret it.

I had a great time walking around Venice with Stefano. Stefano is a professional photojournalist who has had photos published in a number of internationally known newspapers. I was offered the choice of going around the more famous areas in San Marco or travelling around the lesser known areas; I chose the latter. From a photographic perspective, Venice is a bit like doing a search on the internet in that you are spoiled for choice, there are potential photos everywhere. I already have the basics as a photographer, Stefano gave me some different perspectives regarding the framing of photos. We made our way through Venice with Stefano introducing me to numerous different locations with photographic potential, plenty of reflections in the canals, old walls, windows, graffiti, bridges, the old Rialto fish market, places for capturing images of passing gondoliers etc. Stefano is a native Venetian who now lives outside Venice and commutes in every day. It was great to have someone with such a good knowledge of Venice, who provided varied ideas even where to get lunch.

My daughter and I had a great time walking & learning with Stefano. He was not only an amazing teacher but also a wonderful person. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested to take beautiful photos of Venice.

Stefano is a great photographer and guide. We took the three hour walking tour and explored lesser known sites and views in Venice, which is a great complement to the crowded regular attractions. I am a hobbyist DSLR camera photographer and benefited from Stefano's photography lectures, especially about how to compose the picture, which seems to be Stefano's particular strength. My mom also learned how to play with photo editing on her iphone. I would definitely recommend exploring Venice with Stenfano if you want to have an in-depth experience in the city, and it'll be even better if you are a photographer yourself.

Stefano took the three of us behind the scenes to great photo spots. He suggested settings and angles to make the most of great opportunities. Wear good walking shoes because you are going to be prowling the back streets and canals for the best shots. Definitely a Venice highlight for us!

Wasnt sure about paying hundreds of dollars for some photos, but this was the least expensive compared to the others, so I wasnt sure of the quality. Stefano kept contact with us until the day of our photo shoot and stayed with us even longer in order to wait the little drizzle of rain out so we can have the best photos. Very funny person. When you see him, call him "Peter Pan" Thats what him and I have in common. I highly recommend, he showed me some of the images he took of my wife and I on his camera, which he has many of them with him, probably $10,000 worth of equipment and lenses to capture the most picture perfect setting. He took us to many areas through the back streets and even got us a Gondola at a small extra charge. I highly recommend.
