Great tour of Venice. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Walked around the city, hearing the history and seeing all the beautiful scenery.

Unfortunately, our plane was delayed and Tripadvisor would not help us as it was within 24hours. Will not be booking through them again. Not happy

Real waist of money.. a 20 min around the block in traffic with other gondolas. Take you $ elsewhere. No private tour touch at all.. could have done it without prior booking and for lesser price.

This was a great activity! Good one for a family. We choose a mask to paint and spent an hour doing it. I was hoping for a bit more explanation of the art of mask making and examples to help the children do theirs. For the price, an hour was quite quick. If we had 1.5 hrs, I would have chosen a bigger mask and enjoyed it more.

We were quite disappointed when we got to Rome's train station and found our train canceled because of a rail strike which we knew nothing about. We called right away to tell them we were unable to get to Venice and they refused to give us a refund because it was past their 24 hour deadline. Evidently this rail strike was planned and we had no way to know that. Trip advisor/Viator also refused a refund. Please check ahead of time and don't let this happen to you!

Painting my Venetian mask was such a fun and relaxing experience on a warm hectic day in Venice. I had a lot of choices of masks to chose from and a large choice of paints to create my own unique mask. A family with young children joined me and it was fun to watch them have just as much fun as I did and for them to be successful in creating a treasured souvenir.

We really enjoyed this tour and Sarah our guide was excellent and knowledgeable. It lasted about 3 hours, starting in Doge’s Palace and ending in St Mark’s Basilica. There was time to look around and take photographs with a break for a drink etc.

It was an okay tour. Definitely just a little overrated compared to how they described it. It was less than 1/2 hour and the driver did not interact at all. It also is cheaper if u buy there. I would do once. We had it better in Belgium

Trip was so nice.We loved Murano&Burano and Torcello islands.Such an amazing colours,good vibes and good Italian taste of every part of the trip.However,visiting Murano is very short time,less than an hour was not enough.

Really fun workshop, kids and adults all loved it, the location is great, lots of masks to choose from and very easy to get going. The lady who helped us was really kind and helped the kids so much. Highly recommend this short of peace and tranquility in beautiful crazy Venice .

The guide was very good and amusing. He gave the visit structure and I felt we probably gained more than if we had done it on our own.

This is a complete waste of money. The gondola went into the Grand Canal for about 5 minutes and then turned into a narrow side waterway with nothing but brick buildings on either side to circle back to the starting point. It was over in less than 25 minutes with nothing of interest to see after the gondola left the Grand Canal. I consider it to be a complete tourist rip off.

Marina was a spectacular tour guide, full of knowledge about the city history. We had a great time. Finding the tour office was a little big difficult but we stop and asked at every restaurants and kiosks through our way and finally arrived just in time!.

The tour was ok. Many more people than I had expected. Of course pouring rain did not help, but that is not the fault of the tour company. I would have thought the tour of the Murano glass factory would have given some history about the creation of the glass, etc. not just a 10 minute glass blowing demonstration and then on to the show room to try to sell you stuff. The glass was very beautiful, but think they could sell more if one knew the history behind it. On to Burano, where lace is their claim to fame, but again no history. On to Torcello which did have an interesting history, but not the most exciting. The boat ride back to Venice was good and very scenic dive the rain had stopped. Like I said it was ok, but not the best.

The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English. She did not have a flag to follow. The meet up spot was a bit tricky. But we did find it. The tours of Doge and St. Marks were fantastic. I would recommend. Wear comfy shoes and bring water. Also we did not stop for human breaks so use the water closet before you go.
