Francesca was an excellent guide and showed us some very cool hidden secrets within Venice as well as the history behind the main attractions

I would say the tour was ok, I have originally paid for a Spanish language guide and there was none. The tour was mostly in Italian, I wanted it to be in Spanish because of my husband that he speaks a little bit of English so for him was very annoying and we had to translate for him every thing when the guide was talking in English. I had paid for a Spanish guide and did not get the service that I paid for.

Five !! Amazing . It was tricky to find their office , but once we did the tour was well organised, great value for money & the guides were so informative.

We booked the 11:30 trip. There were 2 meeting points, 1st next to Santa Lucia station and the other at San Marco. We got to Santa Lucia station for 10:50. Apparently this one leaves at 11, but there was no info on the actual booking, just on the tickets when you go to download them to claim them at the ticket office. This was a surprise to us but thankfully the lady in the ticket office put us on the next trip. Meeting point at S. Lucia: walk out from ticket office at Cannaregio 54 and head towards the shops next to the station. Once you get to Nike, turn right to the KFC and go left and you’ll see the Green Line sign which is for the tour. Unsure how San Marco works as didn’t go to that one. Other than that, the trip was perfect, tour guide spoke Italian English and Spanish for us onboard with some history of surrounding locations. Murano was beautiful, but needed more time to explore after the exhibition. Torcello and Burano were both amazing too, with the right amount of time to see the sights. The boat ride was smooth the whole time so perfect trip for families!

Rushed. The operators were yelling at people even 15 minutes before they said everyone needs to return to boat. The guy anchoring the boat argued with multiple customers. Many guests left the boat at Murano and decided to take the public transport back to venice instead. You can very easily get tickets at venice and see all three places at your own pace and peace without being herded around like sheeps.

An absolutely romantic tour! It was PERFECTLY scheduled. A bit of shopping, tour info, and on to the next island. A beautiful couples' getaway. We truly enjoyed it. Great deal for the price.

I recently had the opportunity to experience this tour, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While I understand that challenges can arise, the overall experience was disappointing due to several critical issues. First, the guide’s communication skills were inadequate. Their explanations were unclear, making it difficult to understand the historical or cultural context of the places we visited. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of recommendations or valuable insights, which I believe are essential for a memorable and informative tour. Second, the team operating the boat seemed overwhelmed by even minor complications. Their stress was evident and created an uneasy atmosphere for the passengers. As professionals, I expected them to handle situations with more composure and efficiency. I highly recommend addressing these issues by providing additional training for the staff in both communication and stress management. Enhancing these aspects could significantly improve the overall experience.

The scheduling was horrible. We asked if we could do the Gandoli right first but we were told they can’t as we have to do the walking tour which we already did

This is a good way to get a quick snapshot of the 3 islands outside of Venice. Pickup was 30 minutes late from ticket and tour guide was hard to hear inside the boat. BUT the views were great, about 45 minutes/island. It is probably to do this tour when it is a bit warmer and more things were open. Torcello was a sleepy town with only one restaurant. Murano was all about the glass blowing. Burano was a cute town with shops and restaurants. If you want a quick tour of these islands, then this tour is a good deal.

Good value for money tour if you want a quick visit on each island. No safety procedures were mentioned and I saw one flotation ring in back, must be more somewhere hidden. Difficult to hear the guide as everyone talking, headsets might be better. On Murano, do not just go into the first glass ‘factory’ showroom, there are loads more cheaper further up

We booked a shared water taxi from Marco Polo airport to our hotel. We were delayed by nearly two hours due to lost luggage, but they were waiting for us and offered us a taxi within 10 minutes - just what we needed after a frustrating time at the airport. The office is easy to find and the staff friendly. The water taxi dropped us right by our hotel and the trip was amazing - it is really the only way to arrive in Venice. Would highly recommend.

A super little trip for a snapshot of the islands. We were an adult and an 8yr old. Children were given the best view at the glass factory which was appreciated. Would have liked more time on Murano but given the attention span of the child in our group the fast pace meant it worked well to have short bursts at each destination. Boat was warm and comfortable on a chilly December day. Would recommend as something to do that’s a bit different and child friendly after the history and culture of Venice has been exhausted a little!

We were the last group to go. Our gondola person was being g an ass the moment we all got on the boat. He was barely able to make an effort to tell us the historical sites on the way. All this was actually fine as we didn’t really expect much… it was what he said in the end… upon our arrival, they were asking for tips and we were accessing our cash looking to see where we give it and the person called my man a puta. He questioned the gondola person by saying what did you just call me? We went ahead and tipped but it was very sad they were so quick to assume or judge. I did feel bad as the tip basket was pretty empty. I loved riding on gondola as it was peaceful, at sunset and romantic nonetheless…
