We have been to Venice before so have done the usual tourist attractions. We were looking for something totally different and that is what Marco provides. We were shown places that we would have never found on our own. Highlights include Malamocco, the Lido and all on a bike..
You don’t need to be fit because it is all flat and an easy ride.
Marco is charming and his knowledge of the architecture and the Lagoon is excellent. In particular his knowledge of the Lagoons defenses, which was fascinating.
We cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Many thanks Marco for making our holiday.

A huge thank you to Marco for making our tour on Lido island a fun and interesting way to see a different side of Venice. With the wind in our hair and the spring sunshine I genuinely can't think of a better way to spend an afternoon.
Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting.

We met Marco at the ferry to Lido. The whole trip was nice. First part is very interesting about architecure on Lido. After a break at a nice place we continued and saw the beaches of Lido. Marco tells a lot about Venice and the history of the lagoon. It was a nice break from the busy citylife.

We booked the cycling Tour over 2 months before we were due to go to Venice for our wedding anniversary. We received an email advising that the tour had been cancelled 3 days before we were due to go to Venice. It was not necessarily the fact that it had been cancelled but that we were given such short notice.

My 13 year old lad and I booked this tour for something a little different to the norm. Marco was brilliant, informative, nice chap and rode at a rate comfortable for both of us. Was in a bit of a hurry to make our shuttle bus back to the hotel at the end so never got a chance to properly thank him. A couple of little things, you need to get to Tronchetto station which is a 3 Euro round trip on the people mover from Pizalle Roma plus the ferry is currently 17 Euro each for a return trip with your bike (please note this is clearly stated at the booking stage). So, highly recommend, my lad loved it, as did I, thanks Marco😀😀😀😀😀

Was apprehensive about cycling to the unknown, but I needn't have worried! We went on the afternoon tour of Lido and it couldn't have been more perfect.
Marco met us and two other ladies at what looked like a mono rail, just a short walk from the waterbus stop.
After a lovely leisurely journey on the ferry to Lido the cycling began. Being a middle aged woman and not too energetic I found the pace not difficult or tiring. The island is lovely, and Marco took us around the residential area first and then onto the coast side, stopping frequently to show us the less known and historic parts of the island, including a wonderful ice cream shop!
Marco is a lovely guide and very knowledgeable. This is a perfect way to escape the crowds in Venice and would highly recommend giving this a go and booking with CVL.

Thoroughly recommend booking this excursion to see a different side to Venice and get out of the hussle and bussle of the city for a few hours. Bikes were new and nice to ride on. Ferry over to Lido was perfect to take in whole view of Venice and the ride around the island and along beach was lovely. Marco was great and pointed out all the important sights along the way. If you like to do stuff while away then do this for sure.

Met Marco at Tronchetti ... took us a couple stops in vaperetto to teach here but once at location Marco ensured we got an amazing half day trip round lido island in Venice .. make sure to get a 20 euro pass per person for the day you need it to take bike on ferry from Tronchetto to lido ... Marco speaks great English and is young and informative and very knowledgeable.. views around island are outstanding. It’s around a 6 mile bike ride but it’s really flat and easy for adults and children.. best if possible book direct through Marco if possible.. the views from ferry of Venice are unreal

We enjoyed cycling in Iido and learning history of Lido, Venice defense and new Mose system. Ferry ride was also nice. Easy bike. Suitable for whole family.

Hello. How much of the time are we actually biking? Do you offer discounts for senior citizens or students? Finally, what time would you anticipate getting back off the ferry as we will have left our luggage with the rental office for our accommodations and just want to check with them that they will still be open. Thank you very much!

E x le bici c'è la possibilità di affittarle nei paraggi?
Grazie
