Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. The view over the canal with all the gondolas was lovely. Cocktail was tasty and strong. The mark down was for the steak which had quite a lot of fat and grizzle and the nachos were tasteless. Burger, hot wings and cheesecake was all lovely.

We came here for lunch yesterday and it was really lovely. We had the pre paid diamond menu. This said it included a drink (what we didn’t realise was it was refillable and before we ever got to the bottom of our cokes they would always be there with a refill. The food was lovely, the music was great and the service was excellent. To have the canal and gondolas right outside made it extra special. We enjoyed it soo much that we decided come back today for my birthday for cocktails, but ended up staying right through and eating here again. They gave us a beautiful table upstairs which overlooked the canal and gondalas. They brought me out a free birthday sundae and all sang happy birthday which was really lovely. Would definitely recommend it. I couldn’t have wished for better on my birthday

Friendly wait staff, no automatic service charge. We ordered coffee, buffalo chicken wings and chips. Everything is delicious.

I was walking around in Venezia today. I was planning to sit down for a pizza some where, but don't like the casanova-personnel at the street restaurants. I spottet the HR-signed and found my way. The Hardrockers on duty did a great job. Drink and food came as expected, with sensational good fries.

Food was typical of Hard Rock restaurants. Service was fantastic and our table overlooked the canal where the gondola service picked up/dropped off. Bathrooms had a crazy smell from diapers left in the bins. Otherwise it was fairly clean. Only one beer on tap.

I've visited a few Hard Rock Cafe's and this venue should be right up there at the top - unfortunately it isn't. The location is all it has; at least that's the impression you get from the lack of acceptable service and food. The staff are typical of that who think that just be "playful" and "noisy" is all that is required of them while the booking in staff think they are doing you a favour by showing you to your table - very reminiscent of the Planet Hollywood brand. The food was very average and certainly not worth the price paid - I have eaten better take-aways in my time. Didn't bother with a desert as the starter and main were so disappointing. Verdict: Great building in lovely surroundings - but that's it! It's a shame because London and Nice are two of the best HRC's and certainly know how to treat their customers and provide great food; the message just needs to make it's way here.

Stopped by on a recent day tour to Venice. Staff were super friendly and let us sit at the bar to eat our meal, as opposed to waiting a long time for a meal. Food was great, atmosphere was great. Superb visit!

Great food as always at a hard rock. Google maps still takes you to the old location by the way! Staff were lovely, request to sit upstairs. Chicken tenders are incredible! Beer was a tad flat. Would recommend if you want a break from the Italian food and great service

Nothing more nothing less than any other hard rock cafe around the world. A plate of nachos, 2 cocktails for 60€. A low point was a weird smell like sewage. But all in all in all ok

I've been to over 20 Hard Rock Cafés around the world and the service was excellent every time, until I visited this one. After getting out table, no one came to take our orders for ages. We tried to get eye contact with some waitors but they were to busy dancing around on the floor to look our way. After a while the guy working at the door looked our way and told someone to come to our table. A guy came by, said he would be out waitor the whole evening, and took our orders. That's the last time we saw him anywhere near where we sat. When it was time to pay, we once again had to get the attention from the guy working at the door since the rest off the straff were still busy dancing and talking to each other. At least the food was good, as always when visiting the cafés.

After a few weeks dining at great Italian restaurants we were looking for something different and stumbled upon the Hard Rock with a little apprehension. I must say that the food was great, the service was excellent. The entire staff were very attentive and engaged. Recommend the Hard Rock highly should you yearn for something other than the local fare.
