About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- nadinegQ1363DG0 contributionsA wonderful Venetian adventure tourWorth the price paid and more! An utterly wonderful day spent seeing the best of the Venetian islands- a must see whilst you visit Venice. A word of advice- pay attention to departure times as the boat doesn’t wait for stragglers! Muranos glasswork factory was impeccable and the beautiful Burano with its colour lined streets must be seen to be truly appreciatedWritten February 7, 2025
- heys130 contributionslovely morning - could have been longervery nice trip but could have had longer at each island just so it felt more relaxing. no time for a drink. on Murano only really had time for the glass blowing demonstration and two shops Torcello didn't really see as went to restaurant for a drink and to use the rest rooms. Burano was much more lively and pretty so if not as much time at the other two and longer at that may have been better. we were lucky as the weather was beautiful not sure much to do if the weather was not.Written February 6, 2025
- Carolyne19520 contributionsMorano, Burano and TorcelloMurano was beautiful loved the glass factory not really enough time there. Burano also beautiful with the coloured houses, we were lucky to visit a shop where an 85 year old lady was teaching two younger girls the art of needle lace. The shop was called Martina Vidal. Thank you so much for the privilege. Torcello was a waste of time, apparently 14 inhabitants nothing there, walked 15-20 minutes to the church to find you have to pay. That was the downside of the tripWritten February 5, 2025
- louannet9670 contributionsWonderful dayThe places we visited were absolutely beautiful! Best to bring a lunch or snacks as you only get a certain amount of time at each place and that goes very quick!Written January 29, 2025
- aj52230 contributionsThe sound system should be improved! We would like to hear the history and story behind the trip. However, the sound system was so bad. We could not hear anything.Written January 27, 2025
- H4974PYsamj0 contributionsRubbishGondola was in terrible condition. We were extremely disappointed and wanted to get off! We later paid for a city/independent gondola ride (same price) and loved it! 1000x better!Written January 26, 2025
- Lauren B0 contributionsGreat tourExcellent way to see the islands and different views of Venice. Great value trip and we really loved seeing how different all three islands were. The weather wasn’t great on our travel day but actually made the islands look so atmospheric and made the colour of Burano stand out against the misty backdropWritten January 25, 2025
- melanieaI6660ZZ0 contributionsIsland half day tripWas a bit of a foggy day so couldn’t see much on the boat trip and the surrounding areas so make sure you do some research on the weather when you book. Was a bit quiet on the islands due to the Winter season. Was very difficult to hear any information from the tour guide due to the noise of the boat/other passengers unfortunately. The glass demonstration was very cool! Easy to find the departure point and well organised timings for each island. If you went an easy half day trip around the islands would definitely recommend.Written January 23, 2025
- Getaway104958880110 contributionsHalf day 3 islands visit Murano, Burano, TorcelloWe booked this sight-seeing tour in the tours and excursions shop just opposite Venezia S. Lucia train station for 25€ per person. This was around 4 and a half hours long. We were picked up outside of KFC and set off visiting the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. If you like exploring, then this is the tour for you. You hop off at each of the 3 islands and are given around 50 minutes to an hour to explore. You can use this time to wonder around or grab some food and drink. All 3 islands were unique and worth a visit. You visit a glass making factory where they give you a demonstration which was cool. One of the islands is famous for the colourful houses. Torcello has a local restaurant not far from the water taxi stop where they serve lovely fresh Italian pizzas. Worth a go!Written January 21, 2025
- gpbondi0 contributionsPerfect half day trip to the islands…well worth the price! This tour is a fantastic way to see 3 of the islands in the Venice lagoon in half a day. In Murano you get to visit a glass blowing factory and see a demonstration. In Torcella there is the Cathedral and a lovely nature walk by the canal. And in Burano you see the most amazing colored houses. The staff was lovely and informative. We found it to be very much worth the price and enjoyed every minute.Written January 19, 2025

- K9261EMelizabethv0 contributionsSpanish Guide to Burano Murano and Torcello Half day Sightseeing TourI would say the tour was ok, I have originally paid for a Spanish language guide and there was none. The tour was mostly in Italian, I wanted it to be in Spanish because of my husband that he speaks a little bit of English so for him was very annoying and we had to translate for him every thing when the guide was talking in English. I had paid for a Spanish guide and did not get the service that I paid for.Written January 6, 2025

- amyl25_xxx0 contributionsAmazing tour, but could do with more information about how to get to meeting points and ticket offices. We booked the 11:30 trip. There were 2 meeting points, 1st next to Santa Lucia station and the other at San Marco. We got to Santa Lucia station for 10:50. Apparently this one leaves at 11, but there was no info on the actual booking, just on the tickets when you go to download them to claim them at the ticket office. This was a surprise to us but thankfully the lady in the ticket office put us on the next trip. Meeting point at S. Lucia: walk out from ticket office at Cannaregio 54 and head towards the shops next to the station. Once you get to Nike, turn right to the KFC and go left and you’ll see the Green Line sign which is for the tour. Unsure how San Marco works as didn’t go to that one. Other than that, the trip was perfect, tour guide spoke Italian English and Spanish for us onboard with some history of surrounding locations. Murano was beautiful, but needed more time to explore after the exhibition. Torcello and Burano were both amazing too, with the right amount of time to see the sights. The boat ride was smooth the whole time so perfect trip for families!Written January 4, 2025

I surprised my husband with this tour and we both loved it! It was so special and magical! None of the other tours had music or a singer so this was very unique. Lots of people took videos and pictures as we went by. We went around sunset which is the perfect time, although I'm sure anytime would be lovely. We had a singer and an accordion player. The singer sang 3 songs and the accordion player accompanied him, and played even more songs. This was one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

With many Gondola ride choices available, I find this one is very unique. You have musician riding with you. The singer will sing beautiful songs while we are enjoying the ride. As we arrived early than the time we originally booked, they helped to move the ride to 45 minutes earlier so that we can ride with sunset.

This was an unbelievably AMAZING experience and our favorite Venetian booking. Yes, it's A LOT of money... however, I promise you won't be disappointed. The private gondola ride with serenade was worth every penny. The accordion player was fantastic and the vocalist (male tenor) had a voice like Andrea Bocelli! Every nearby gondola videotaped our entertainers and groups gathered on bridges to get a glimpse of the amazing performers. My husband was blown away and so happy I had arranged this for our last night (at sunset). It was the perfect way to end our honeymoon stay in Venice. Highly, highly recommended.

We were so excited for this ride and planned many things around it as well as had something special planned during it. We showed up to the meeting point 1 minute past 7:30 after getting lost. I called the contact number, emergency number, and guide number multiple times on our way to try to inform the company and NO ONE ANSWERED any of the numbers that they provided. We waited outside the travel agency for half an hour, which of course was closed. No one from the company even tried to contact me. And all other boats for the evening were sold out. So we left Venice without this experience.

We absolutely loved our sunset gondola tour through Venice’s charming canals. Yes, it’s touristy. Yes, some of the canals are smelly. Yes, there are lots of other people in other canals. But ... to be serenaded as you glide through Venice’s waterways is truly magical. Our singer and accompanying accordionist were fantastic!. Go at sunset for spectacular views.

Just got back from Venice for my 50th birthday celebration. This tour exceeded my expectations. Dana, the singer has a very powerful voice . She was fun and interactive . The accordion player was very talented. This tour is a little expensive but truly worth it for the entire unforgettable experience which was enjoyed by the entire family and that included my husband and 2 teenage boys. Do not hesitate.

It was a nice night for a gondola ride and my wife and I and our 18 year old twins has a wonderful time. Music was charming and set the scene as we traveled through the small canals of Venice. Well worthb it, considering it is the thing to do, to gain a unique perspective of life in Venice in the 1500's. Try to block out the rest of the tourists snapping photos of your group. Only complaint, a little short.

Will the ride include going under the Bridge of Sighs? Also what time would be best to start this so we will be there at sunset. Thanks
Written August 11, 2019
We did not go under the Bridge of Sighs, although in hindsight, we probably could have requested that.
We booked our ride through the Viator website (which I highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible), and chose a time slot 1 hour before sunset.
It was the best time of day for taking photos- and because the sun wasn’t as hot at that time of day. Check the sunset tables online to find out when the sun sets when you’ll be there.
An absolutely beautiful, once in a lifetime memory for us!
